The room was as shown in the photo. The toilet and bath were clean. Breakfast was included in the room rate. A variety of croissants, ham, and other items were available in buffet style. The front desk staff were also very kind and nice.

When booking, all the reviews said the service was good. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:25 in the morning, but I was not sure if this was the restaurant, so I took the initiative to greet the short-haired auntie and asked her if this was a restaurant for breakfast. The auntie did not return my greeting, nor did she answer my question. She was very rude and asked me to go out and wait for 5 minutes before coming in. Moreover, there were obviously not many people in the morning, but I was not allowed to sit in the 4-person seat because I was alone. Coffee was given to white people first, and it was clear that someone ordered it after me. Talk to white people in English, and speak Italian to me when you know I only speak English. The toilet in the room would gurgle from time to time, and the room was so small that I thought I came to Tokyo to stay in a hotel. It is worse than the All Seasons in China.
