AVOID. WiFi very poor. Climate units do not work. BREAKFAST advertised in the name, but there is no breakfast, only an espresso machine (no cappuccino). Breakfast options in this area are limited. Parking is actually 20 minutes away and there is no place close to safely unload or load luggage. Street parking is almost impossible. There is no one on site. Only constant long automated WhatsApp messages. Maintenance Staff was talking loudly in hallway at 1 am which woke us all up, had to ask them twice to stop. This is pure false advertising and they should be ashamed.

Invited to a company party in Florence, I booked this B&B close to both the center and the company I work for. Very central location (15-20 minutes to get to Ponte Vecchio). My room had a view of the Porta Romana. Very comfortable bed. I would improve some details: TV too small; I would put some bedside tables and more lights. I would also do the option for breakfast. Anyway, it's a great B&B and I'll definitely be back

It is a B&B in a "historic" apartment that has been renovated but not yet with everything put in place. We were given a room with a veranda shared with other rooms, so you may be disturbed and disturb the neighbors. the balcony door frames were broken, the handle remained in my hand, the bidet tap was mobile, the bathroom lid was broken. They kindly changed my room, but this too overlooked the shared veranda and the shower cubicle did not close properly and the tap had no lever, furthermore the towel rail was crooked, the lamp on the bed was twisted (I repaired the shower cubicle and the lamp. On the other hand, the beds are comfortable and I think the location is good, a free parking area in front, just 10 minutes walk from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. Breakfast was not included but there is a good bar and a pastry shop. If they take care of the details it could be a good B&B.

The place where the structure is located is functional, central, and free from the chaos of the center. The B&B is inside a beautiful ancient building, and the accommodation has a wonderful common room, as well as the bedroom. The owners are very helpful. I will happily return
