The location is very good, the privacy is very good, the waiters are very professional and patient.

非常喜歡的一個酒店，小而精緻，還很乾凈整潔，床品也舒服，顏色搭配也很漂亮。酒店各個方面細節處理的非常好，吹風機是dyson，對於女士來説非常友好的細節。餐廳的餐食也不錯，餐具搭配也很漂亮，服務更是很周到。如果有朋友要來佛羅倫薩，非常推薦的酒店，我們全家都非常喜歡。

Great boutique hotel in a great location that is walkable to sites and shopping in Florence. The staff is very nice, especially the concierge staff. The check in and checkout staff were friendly and informative and offered great care during our stay.

This is a very well located Boutique Hotel. The concierge was excellent. The rooms are charming. It has a very relaxed feel even though it's in such a busy city. We had an interior room but it was quiet and charming. Very nice amenities. Walking distance to the best Gelato, Shops and attractions.

A spectacular hotel in Florence that feels more like a wonderful elegant home. Each person at the hotel goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Every detail has been considered including the wonderful Ginori porcelain used for service. Truly a magical place in the heart of the Piazza Santa Maria.

Our suite was in pristine condition and the daily service flawless. Breakfast á la carte was freshly made and excellent every day. The friendly team provided outstanding service, including bringing refreshments to the room for wary travelers—and museum tickets to avoid long lines. We will be back.

The place is truly an experience!! Impeccable service, from the porters, the front desk (kudos to amazing Francesca and Lorenzo) to the most sweet waitress Lilly, everyone has been making us feel so special, really spoiling us. Always smiling, always above and beyond eager to help. The hotel itself is a jewel. We loved every single detail that has been thought and designed perfectly. We adored the Place and hope to be back as soon as possible.

The Place Firenze was an amazing place to stay - Every worker was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, too! We had breakfast each morning which was delicious and the drinks at the bar in the evening were fantastic! The Place puts 100% into making each guest feel like family.

Exceptional experience for the whole family. Staff, location and all the Hotel has to offer was exceptional and enjoyed by the entire family. The location lovely and short walk to all Florence has to offer. The environment was relaxed and extremely welcoming despite the absolute attention to detail. A truly exceptional Hotel that exceeded its commitment and ensures you are able to feel at home, relax and enjoy. Will certainly be going back.

We didn't stay at the hotel on this occasion but dined at the restaurant (outside terrace) several times. The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly and attentive. A great place to sit and experience this wonderful square. A big thank you to Lilly, Paolo, Diego and all the waiting staff (and, of course, the kitchen!).

PURTROPPO IN DATA 01/07/2024 mentre ero in vacanza all'hotel Roma ho assistito ad una scena da parte di un dipendente dell'hotel che ha aggredito malamente ed offeso un autista e il gruppo presente nel bus dicendo che non si poteva parcheggiare per far scendere i passeggeri che alloggiavano nell'hotel accanto 4 stelle ". Una scena a dir poco da FAR WEST provocata dal dipendente di un hotel 5 stelle che dovrebbe avere un personale altamente qualificato e professionale ma prima di tutto educato e civile che ha anche lanciato in faccia all'autista del bus una bottiglia contenente gel disinfettante! La mia indignazione è tale che ho dato i miei connotati qualora l'autista del bus volesse sporgere denuncia!
