A very basic 3-star hotel with outdated furnishings and questionable cleanliness that fell far below my expectations. The room felt cold and uninspired, lacking any real sense of comfort or style, making it an uncomfortable option for travelers looking for an elevated experience. While the staff was courteous and helpful enough to hold my bags, it couldn’t compensate for the overall disappointment of the stay. The decor was tired, with worn-out furniture and uninspiring amenities that felt neglected and far from modern standards. Unfortunately, this was the only room available at the time, and after experiencing it firsthand, I can easily understand why it was available at a busy time of the season.

We found this hotel at the last minute following a plane cancellation. From reading the other reviews we were quite worried, but it was well decorated, in a great location and the reception team were very helpful. They even pointed out that we had booked a room without a/c (the last room in Florence available for under 500 euros) in case we wanted to cancel. As it happened there was a powerful fan and we slept well even though mid twenties outside. The bedroom had nice decor - the only downside was the bathroom was dated and smelt damp. It was clean enough. I am not sure I would stay here for a romantic break but for a couple of nights in a decent location, absolutely fine!

Hotel in a magnificent position to reach the center (10 minutes on foot) and the S.M. station. News. It would certainly need a renovation in the shutters, fixtures and in some rooms. Excellent rooms for the price paid, friendly staff and excellent and plentiful breakfast with very nice rooms. In our room we had a clean and recently redone bathroom.

I went with my daughter last July, it is very close to the station. The facility is a bit dated like all those in the area, but it is clean and the staff is really friendly. Excellent value for money. Excellent breakfast with very good desserts made by them. Highly recommended!!!

They are a bunch of criminals who charged us 90 euros for a fee that the guy at the counter invented on the last day for supposed taxes from the hotel to the city council (which were already paid on the booking invoice). The first day the person who served us tried to charge us 60 euros for the same thing, but when we showed him the bill he kept his mouth shut. Now when the person who was outside left, taking advantage of the fact that we were in a hurry to catch the plane, he raised the rate to 90, threatening us that if we didn't pay we wouldn't leave there in one piece. We were going to call the police but given the possibility of missing the plane we didn't do it. I'm going to report it to the OCU or wherever necessary but please DON'T DON'T THINK OF TAKING THIS HOTEL OF CRIMINALS. It's obvious that they saw us as stupid.
