It turned out that the we had a terrible stay at the hostel Ostello Tasso. The staff wasn't very open to help, when we had a problem and the environment is very loud, so it was impossible to sleep well. Further they organised a party, but the music was so loud, that I couldn't sleep the whole night. When I asked for reducing the sound at 4 o'clock in the morning, the staff refused to help me. During the party I had at least also a problem with sexual harassment with one of the staff members. Be aware of that if you decide to stay at this hostel. For me: Never ever again.

Hello, I have unfortunately been influenced by these positive reviews. I have never stayed in worse accommodation. It was extremely dirty, the mattress had seen better days and it wasn't a real bed. We had a double room which was so small that you couldn't leave your suitcases open. The bathroom was completely moldy. There were dust bunnies under the bed and the "closet" was rather rickety and had never been cleaned. Furthermore, it was excessively loud. I don't understand these positive reviews at all. See pictures. The room wasn't cleaned once in 5 days, let alone fresh towels. You had to get your own toilet paper. 1 bathroom for women and one for men for an entire floor

The location of the hostel is good but the room left something to be desired, as full of mosquitoes. My daughter and I did not sleep. Luckily we had booked for one night only. Otherwise, check-in was quick and the staff was friendly.

Ostello in un'ottima posizione, ma prezzo eccessivo per i servizi offerti. Bello l'arredamento e camere abbastanza pulite, ma non troppo spaziose e al check-in è stata cambiata la camera ad una coppia di amici con un servizio assolutamente inferiore da quello prenotato! Inoltre bello che sia anche un locale, ma festa durata fino alle 3 di notte, con musica molto alta nel cortile, consiglierei di comunicarlo se vi sono queste feste! Buona potenzialità, ma alcune cose da rivedere!
