The location is great. Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, and Uffizi Gallery are a 1-minute walk away. Santa Maria del Difolie and Pitti Palace are both within 10 minutes. The entrance is just around the corner from H&M.
It was great to get up early and walk around these places when there are few people around❤️Of course, in May, when the days are long, I could see the sunset at Ponte Vecchio around 9 o'clock and return home, so it was only a 1-minute walk away, so I had no worries.
The toilet and shower are shared, but they are very spacious and clean. Maybe it was good timing, but there was no waiting for the toilet and shower.
The exterior wall was under construction, so I couldn't see anything from the room, but it was a great view as soon as I stepped out, so it wasn't a problem.
The reception is not always staffed, but they are very kind. I would like to stay again next time.

This hotel is centrally located, on the fourth floor and the elevator works! We enjoyed the concert at the Piazza della Signoria, just around the corner from the hotel. Ines made us feel like we were special guests in a home. The room was clean, the aircon worked, the pillows and towels were fluffy.

The property is 50 m of Piazza della Signoria with its Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi, in front of a Venchi shop and a H&M shop, and at walking distance of Ponte Vecchio - to me, a fantastic location close to everything! The staff were very nice, allowed us to store the luggage after check out and even ordered a taxi for us late evening. The room was quite large and clean, and the internet worked well. This hotel is what in Spain is named "hostel" meaning that the owners took a floor of a building and arranged it in rooms with a private bathroom. It is located on the 4th floor and the elevator worked well. Not many guests during our stay.

I had such a lovely stay here. I initially had booked through *********** however due to some issues in changing dates I ended up booking directly with the hotel. Ines was lovely and accommodating, and communicated frequently to make sure everything was in order. I stayed in a single room with a shared bathroom, but I didn’t even see anyone else in the bathrooms at the same time! It was quiet at night, with the exception of a little conversation but it doesn’t attract young party people so it isn’t a hostel environment I felt safe- perfect for solo female traveller as it was just off a super busy street and well lit at night time. Aircon worked fabulously, and every morning they came to tidy my room and replaced towels every two days. The single bed is small but for a solo traveller who spent most of the day out and about it’s perfect to just pass through, sleep, freshen up and leave. A little bit of noise outside of the hotel at night but normal due to it being off a busy street. Location was overall perfect - 200m walk to ponte Vecchio, close to the galleries and cathedrals and central to hundreds of restaurants. My flight from Florence to Ámsterdam wasn’t until 6pm so even though check out was at 11, they even let me come back, use the bathroom to shower, freshen up and held my bags till I left. If I find myself solo in Florence again, I will stay here again for sure :)

Small, very central hotel. Excellent location within walking distance of everything. The spaces and services are those of a 1-star hotel but the kindness of the owners is 5-star! Tiny bathroom but with a brand new shower. Clean environments and, very welcome, two different types of pillows to choose from. A little advice. If possible, put air fresheners in the rooms with delicate fragrances because the humidity of the ancient building in which it is located can be felt a little when entering the room.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights with my husband, we had a great time, first of all for the excellent location, practically Piazza delle Signorie, very close to all the major attractions of Florence. Very comfortable mattress, small but cozy and clean room, there are courtesy slippers and a kettle for herbal tea, outside the room bottles of water at 50 cents (convenient and cheap). The owners were very friendly and let us leave our luggage until we left. Really nothing to say I would definitely go back thanks to this hotel we visited Florence in relaxation.

Fantastic hotel in the center of Florence, close to all the main attractions. It was of fundamental importance, since having a weekend available, it allowed us to visit and see most of the attractions that this city can offer. One of the many that would be the Porcellino fountain is just below the hotel. Welcoming staff and well-kept room, average and with private bathroom. It is the perfect compromise if you have only a few days available!

Nous sommes venus à Florence pour fêter nos 2 ans ensemble, et sommes très satisfaits du choix de l'hôtel ! Nous étions à 5 min de Cathédrale Santa Maria del Fiore, à 3 min de Galerie des Offices et à 2 min de Ponte Vecchio, ce qui nous a énormément facilité nos visites ! Le personnel de hôtel est très gentil, attentionné et disponibiles pour toute demande, on s'y sent comme à la maison ! Le service en chambre est fait régulièrement. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour et reviendrons lors d'une prochaine visite à Florence !
