People, if you can, NEVER book this dump. When you arrive, there's no reception. There's a guy who greets you outside, opens the door, and tells you to go up to the 3rd floor, and that's it (I'm lying; when you go downstairs, he tells you to go into his restaurant). When you get to the 3rd floor, there's no one to greet you other than an envelope on a table with your name and your room keys. Once inside, that's where the horror movie begins. Dirty towels, filthy walls covered in cobwebs, large spiders crawling on the walls, and, above all, mosquitoes lurking. I don't know what the icing on the cake is: the bathrooms are shared or the air conditioning only works at the reception desk (upstairs on the 3rd floor). What a fiasco of a hotel. When my family and I first arrived, we found a girl whose room didn't have air conditioning, and she'd been waiting since 2:00 PM, and it was already 6:00 PM and she never arrived. I stayed for two nights, and they never came to clean or change the sheets. I sincerely hope you see my review before you book, because otherwise, there's no going back. P.S. My room, luckily, 305, came with its own bathroom; other rooms don't have that kind of luck, which is almost why I'm giving it 3 stars. But in honor of the girl who waited for several hours and received no help, I'm giving it 2 stars. Trip Advisor and other platforms should ban this accommodation, which has nothing to do with what they're offering, and for an extra €10, you can find better hotels.

No reception, no aircon, no wifi. Did not clean the room throughout the entire stay. No answer to any of the phone numbers. Had a blackout, short circuit on the first night. Worst hotel ever, bad choice for trip.com to recommend. Really really disappointing, really ruined my first time to italy. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

❤️❤️Must read for those who are staying here❤️❤️ Of all the accommodations I've been to in my life (including the retreats during my school days), this was the worst. First of all, the hotel is a converted apartment, so if you don't look closely, there's a high chance you'll just pass it by. It took a while to find. Second, even though I found it with such difficulty, the hotel's main door was closed, so I couldn't go in. If an old lady hadn't opened the door for me by chance, I probably wouldn't have been able to get in. Third, the check-in area is on the 3rd floor, and when I visited on Saturday, the owner wasn't there, and the hotel didn't answer the phone (the operator just kept repeating a voice message saying they were busy and asked me to wait), so I wasted quite a bit of time. Fortunately, I was able to meet a hotel official who was doing renovations and check in. But the real problem starts from the fourth time. Fourth, we were assigned to the 5th floor, which required walking up two more floors, and the only security was an old wooden door that required a key to enter (it seemed to be more sturdy than the front door of our house). Fifth, the accommodation we entered was disappointing. The air conditioner did not work properly (it was the end of July, when it was extremely hot) and there was not even a fan. In addition, we had requested that the hotel give us two single beds if possible, but we were assigned a room with one double bed. Sixth, the bathroom and toilet were both shared, so we had to go through a rather shabby hallway to get to them. The bathroom was not completely dirty (you can think of it as a bathroom in a cheap Korean pension), but the only security device on the bathroom door was a single iron ring that could be broken if an adult male were to try to open it. In addition, there is a scary story about a person who was washing up and heard a knock on the door, and when he opened the door thinking it was a friend, there was no one there..ㄷㄷ Seventh, there are really a lot of mosquitoes. It really felt like I was in a steam room, so I had no choice but to open the window and sleep (for those who might be wondering, the window was designed in a way that doesn't exist in Korea, and it opens when you push the door handle up). I don't think I've ever been bitten by this many mosquitoes in my life (even though I've been hiking in Korea a few times!). Also, for this kind of service, they charge a whopping 6 euros in city tax (tax you pay every time you stay). 6 euros per person. If you don't want to feel this way, such as when you barely made it to the 5th floor and got into your room only to find it even hotter, please!! Book somewhere else. Cons: - spent a long time looking for my room; - wi-fi without internet connection (fortunately, it was on the square opposite the house); - noisy air conditioner; - old worn furniture; - no refrigerator; - the room itself is cramped. Everything else was fine)
