Alessandra and her father were very accommodating. The property was in good condition. A lack of a working elevator was an issue as it was on the top floor of a building. They said it was being installed, so maybe in the future it will be better. I liked how close it was to a fitness center and the train station. Definitely take the breakfast down at a cafe instead of the one offered on site. They give you a voucher for it. The fresh food is much better. An issue we had to deal with was the mosquitoes. if it wasn't for them our stay would have been great.

Pessimo... Una puzza di vecchio non saprei proprio da dove iniziare. . . Camere fatiscenti, cambio asciugamani ogni ogni 3 giorni.. le camere venivano pulita raramente l'ascensore non funziona pulizia pari allo zero

Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione Firenze Rifredi e vicino alla Corte D'Appello. Camera con bagno privato in ottime condizioni. Personale gentile, educato e disponibile. Buona anche la colazione. Ritornerò presto.

Pessimo, 2 piani di scale, senza ascensore è stato faticoso portare su i bagagli.....scarico del wc non funzionante.....armado senza gruccette......preteso pagamento cash senza ricevere ricevuta fiscale, sconsiglio vivamente
