As long as you are aware if the multiple flights of stairs you ll have to take with your luggage, this B&B is perfectly located for a super central city break in Florence. We really enjoyed our stay, felt welcome and particular likely the homely feel of the shared living room as well as the cute balcony with morning sun. Great value find and would stay again!

Stayed here for 2 nights and the room was perfect for our stay. Franco the host is awesome and was always available. Very nice designed apar**ent. 5 minutes from the centre. The weather was very hot but Franco provided us with fans to assist with the air con unit. Would recommend for a short stay. Thanks Franco.

This guest house is pure aesthetics and ambience! Incredible interior, ambience, family environment, a home. Franco is a very attentive host, very warm, very discreet, interested in culture. I always like to return. It is only a 5-minute walk to Piazza della Repubblica, and in 10 minutes you are in Oltrarno, a district full of artisans. If you like to shop classy, Via Tornabuoni is just around the corner. This district has something for everyone. Capri Moon is a great starting point for exploring bella Firenze, and at the same time an oasis to retreat to in between.

Very good accommodation for its price. The location is really great! We stayed 4 nights. I think we were alone in the accommodation, very quiet. Small room and small bathroom ok. You can hear a little noise from the stairwell but it's okay. In addition, very accommodating because we were able to shift our dates by 1 day the day before (flight problem) without additional costs. THANKS !
