The location is really good. The building is also relatively new, not an old building, so it's okay.
however… The service was really disappointing. First of all, there is no front desk here, and it is in another building far away, so you have to go to the Duomo to check in. Even there is only one person like the head of the dorm...
There was a problem with the air conditioner in the late summer, but it was winter, so it was a problem that I passed lightly. It was worth covering, but it was really disappointing that the heater wasn't fixed or moved to a room that could be used.
The biggest problem is towels!! I've never had a problem with towels during my trip to Europe, but I can't believe it here. I put on towels and collected them on the mat, but what the hell is the service that just hangs the towels on the floor again?? And they didn't even refill towels for people staying for 3 days, so on the second day, they wrote "new towel" in English and Italian Español, so they refilled the small towels and left the large towels. Are you giving?
If you've experienced just one of these, you'd think so, but I felt really good when I saved towels, didn't use people, and received unmanned motel-class service. If you see this, please find a better hotel

Love the fact that is in the middle of almost everything. The staff was great and very helpful. The room are comfortable with A/C. Overall it was a great choice to stay.

My husband and I LOVED our stay here! Conveniently close to all the main places we wanted to see in Florence. It was very easy for us to return/stop by to rest/freshen up in the middle of a long day of walking/exploring. Room was kept very tidy/clean. Would highly recommend!

Comfortable stay except for the air conditioning. When in use it dripped constantly and we had to place towels under it. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was adequate. The bathroom was good and had a wonderful shower based on other VRBO stays on this trip. The location in Florence was great. We enjoyed being in a building with an elevator.

Everything would be excellent if air conditioner would be working properly, better communication between property management and us. Room was clean but only one body wash and shampoo was provided as well as one towel per person. If you don’t throw towel on the floor, they won’t change it even if it’s wet. Location was perfect

Great location, very nice rooms, nice bed. Check in was a few minutes walk away from the hotel but thats normal for Europe. We would definitely stay there again. We didn't do breakfast.
