Prompt help from front desk Ms.Serena by given clear institutions how to get in to the hotel & calling taxi for us to depart, toilet clearing has room to improve, otherwise a good stay when we were in Florence.

Everthing is perfect, making a favourable impression for me, specifically for its cleanliness, service, ementities and location( 4 mins to city centre by bus)
Besides, this room and environment is a bit traditiinal, but i am really fond of it.

Очень удобное расположение отеля – до основных достопримечательностей удобно добираться пешком. Номер неплохой, но есть нюансы. Во-первых, в середине октября было прохладно, хотя мы включали кондиционер в режиме обогрева. Нет тапочек, а пол ледяной, особенно в ванной, куда эффект обогрева будто не доходит. Во-вторых, было всего два пластиковых стакана, хотя у нас была не одна ночь пребывания. В-третьих, шкаф скрипит при каждом движении, пыль на изголовье кровати и на светильниках будто не протиралась давно.
