Location is good, near to train station as well as restaurants and Florence attractions.
But need to aware, this is a walk up apartment, no lift. Make sure light luggage.

Very convenient location, very close to the station and attractions! Lots of food nearby! However there are no stairs and no luggage storage service, to just put it in a public place!

The sound insulation is not good, and you can hear the conversation next door clearly. There was no reply to the water pipe problem. Although the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, water still overflows! !

One of the best living experiences I have had in Europe, Having good room and service, but a little bit bad wifi connection.
Spacious room with lighting, and daily cleaning of the room (but if you want to change towels every day, it costs 1 Euro), a very good accommodation experience!

It was very difficult to check in because it was a guesthouse.
The room was clean and okay, but we had to pay extra for towels, and there was no soundproofing at all, so I couldn't sleep due to the noise from the room next door.

Very comfortable bed and modern room with good storage. Room was very clean and quiet. There is no staff on location, so make sure to reach out to them beforehand if you want to drop-off luggage prior to check-in. Also keep in mind that there are a few flights of stairs you will have to take to reach the guesthouse. Overall a good stay and would come back again.
