I have canceled my booking 2 days after reservation sending emails and calling 100 times, still I have been charged. 1 month later not only I have not been refunded but also no response to emails and calls. I have never encountered a place called "hotel" managed his way!!

This was great. The rooms were clean and light with modern and fresh furniture. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. It is located a bit outside of the touristy area which was good but it was still a walkable distance to almost all places in Florence.

Advantages : Very good conditions, Smart TV, iron & iron table available at front desk. Close to Arno River, Piazzale Michelangelo (Superb View Point), Ponte Vecchio and close to the city center (around 15 to 20 minutes walking) , nice staff. Right near the hotel there are several terraces and bakeries. Disadvantages : No room slippers, Ugly elevator.

Cozy and clean, modern and with a super view. Elevator that goes up to the floor, very nice and quiet area. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the cold room at night and the lack of blankets. For 2 double beds, there was only a single duvet. Too bad only for that, also because I had pointed it out to the owner by message that there were no other duvets in the room. However I would go back and recommend it to families and couples who want to go to Florence for a few days.

I stayed only one night, but I must say that once you get out of the lift you don't expect such a modern environment. Clean room, top shower and wonderful view from the balcony. Stable and a little old lift but it does not depend on the structure. Perfect self check-in. We parked on the street quietly.

We stayed very well. Friendly staff with a very spacious room with a nice terrace. Fair price for being centrally located. Breakfast in line with expectations. Fair price for the service it offers. The only flaw for my taste. Mandatory lift

Schlechter Service ! Mein Zimmer wurde einfach storniert trotz Überweisung. Das Geld wurde einbehalten und auch nach nach mehreren Kontaktversuchen keine Reaktion. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und versuchen weiterhin unter Geld zu erhalten! Finger weg
