佛羅倫薩的酒店位置都很好，環境裝修都很新很不錯。購物方便，到主要景點步行衹要10分鐘。走累還可以回去休息，休閑之旅推薦。有個當地的税費18歐有點不太懂，還是交了

Hotels in Florence are all in good locations, and the environment and decoration are all new and nice. Shopping is convenient, and it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the main attractions. You can go back and rest when you are tired. It is recommended for leisure trips. There is a local tax of 18 euros, which is a bit confusing, but I still paid it.

Deluxe Junior Suite

My husband and I stayed in the Magnificent Suite from October 18 to 21, 2024, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The hotel is in a stunning old palazzo that once belonged to nobility and is now owned by Alessandra Valdemerri, who was an absolute pleasure to work with (more on that in a bit).  The building is shared with a few other businesses, like design studios and financial advisors. The location is fantastic. It’s set right in the heart of a luxury shopping district, surrounded by top designer stores like Prada, Gucci, and Vuitton. We were within easy walking distance of major sights, restaurants, several laundromat, the bus station and the train station, which made getting around so convenient.  The hotel itself is on the 5th floor, reachable by an adorable little elevator that holds up to four people. It’s a historic building dating back to the 18th century, so there’s a lot of charm and character. Our suite was also on the 5th floor, just off the reception area and facing Via Tornabuoni. Even with this central location, the room was incredibly quiet.  The decor is modern chic with neutral tones, and the space felt both stylish and comfortable. The room was spacious, with a sofa, dining table, and chairs that were perfect for relaxing and spreading out during our stay.  Service was warm and welcoming but never intrusive. Reception is available from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., but if anything comes up, someone is always there to help. And here’s where the staff really went above and beyond: four days after we checked out, I realized I’d left my Arc'teryx raincoat behind—a special Christmas gift from our daughter that I was so upset to lose. I called Alessandra, who said she would look into it right away. Honestly, I didn’t think I’d ever see that jacket again. But within five minutes, Alessandra messaged to say Nemi from reception had found it! Since we were headed to Rome next, Alessandra arranged to have it couriered to our hotel there. She even contacted the hotel in Rome herself to confirm the details to make sure it would arrive. This level of care and attention was just incredible. I paid for the DHL service, and the jacket arrived beautifully packaged, just like everything at Alessandra’s wonderful property.  A huge thank you to Alessandra and her team at Tornabuoni Luxury Suites for making our stay unforgettable and for their outstanding commitment to customer care. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the Bellavista  Suite and it was spacious and very stylishly decorated. The weather was very hot but the AC worked very well. I noticed from other reviews that people commented on the mosquitoes - it should be recognised that there are mosquitoes in Florence in the summer! There were plug-in repellents with minimal trouble. The room service staff were excellent and the reception team (particularly Alessandra) was very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful stay - and would highly recommend!

I wish I had found this wonderful establishment sooner. Excellent location matched by its excellent offering. Beautifully appointed, air conditioned and comfortable large suites with every facility you could want. Housekeeping duo were superb - the standard of cleanliness is truly 5*. Alessandra was so helpful with great advice and contacts and could arrange virtually anything you needed. We will return.
