Dirty rooms, cockroaches everywhere (dead or alive), the showers are so dirty that I felt like I needed another shower after getting out of shower. I Hver tried their food as I was too afraid to get food poisoning. Location is great though. Bottom line - NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Old accomodation in a great location. The rooms are not as they appear in the photos, and previous bathroom photos are pretty accurate. Needs an update. There are stairs with no lift so not very accesible. The beds are comfy and very clean. Shower was good. For the short stay that we had, it was fine.

Upon first look, it’s a nice hotel, basics are there. Once you actually spend some time in the room, bugs are still smashed on the walls, There’s clear mold/water damage on the ceiling, the room has a funk to it, and mosquitoes are everywhere (hence the smashed bugs). The “queen” bed was two twins just thrown next to each other with some sheets over it. The only good part of this hotel was the staff, they were helpful and very sweet, plus the location is very central. I would not stay here again and I sadly don’t recommend it.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per due notti io e la mia ragazza, primo viaggio serio. Mi è rimasto nel cuore perché, sebbene sia classificato come hotel a due stelle e quindi la colazione non fosse servita al tavolo, l’acqua in camera era inclusa. Posizione centrale, ambiente ospitale, unica pecca i rumori che si sentivano da una camera all’altra: quest’ultimo aspetto è compensato dalla cortesia e dalla disponibilità del personale, cui vanno i miei più sentiti ringraziamenti. Hotel raccomandato se si devono fare viaggi brevi e di esperienza. Ps grazie per il caffè

L’Hotel Esperanza è situato in pieno centro di Firenze, siamo stati solo due giorni, ma visto la gentilezza, la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale saremmo rimasti di più molto volentieri. La camera è pulita e munita di tutto il necessario per la permanenza.

Hotel nel centro città vicino a tutti i principali luoghi di interesse. Struttura vecchia, non ristrutturata e mancante di alcuni servizi. Stanza carina e abbastanza pulita e calda ma priva di sufficienti prese elettriche e senza vista esterna. Bagno grande ma con scarico della doccia intasato. Un punto in più per il ragazzo alla reception (Aldo): cordiale, disponibile a consigliare su mete e locali (con relative informazioni per raggiungerli) e molto professionale. Prezzi medio-bassi per il centro città. Da migliorare.

Muy buena ubicación pero el agua de la ducha estaba fría!! Lo cual hacía que se hiciera muy incómodo el ducharse y más cuando llegabas cansada y harta de patearte toda Florencia. Creo que el el agua caliente es algo BÁSICO. Por lo demás; habitación muy pequeña pero limpia. Eran dos camas unidas. Las escaleras para llegar a nuestra habitación eran muchas y muy empinadas ( nos tocó en el último piso). Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación. Pero vuelvo a reiterar lo del agua caliente !!!🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

In posizione centralissima, ha fra i vantaggi del personale alla reception e tutyi i servizi a disposizione (televisore, aria condizionata, asciigamani e toilette. I limiti sono che im zona ztl, le scale, qualche rifinitura (maniglie porte, scarico doccia) da migliorare.
