The room is good for one person, but it might be a bit cramped for two people. The location is near major tourist attractions. If you come here for the first time, you might not be able to find the entrance. You have to look carefully at the building.

The location is good. It's a 5-minute walk to the center. The staff is very caring, they explained everything, showed me on the map and offered the best options. Daily cleaning with a change of towels. Everything is clean and tidy, the room category matches the price. However, there is no shower gel. Only soap, which is unusual for me. The audibility in the room is amazing. The room was on the 2nd floor.

Great location, clean room.
I did not like that , they make me pay charges for damaged room key! This was not professional as they are running what supposed to be a hotel with rental apartments mentality!!!
That should not have happened in a hotel like property.

Staff were super nice. They helped us with our luggages given the amount of stairs. The room we had was really small but the AC worked great. The walls were being patched or something since the baseboards and the trimming around the doors looked unfinished and chipped all over. Super small bathroom but clean at least. Pretty close to a lot of shops and food.

The hotel was extremely well located for all of our sightseeing. We felt extremely safe in the neighborhood and found delicious dining options within a very short distance. The staff was extremely pleasant, helpful and provided suggestions for dining and shopping. I would definitely stay there again!

To improve we would have liked some other form of lighting other than the one really big and bright one in centre ceiling. Only 1 chair was in room - would have liked 2

The host is delightful and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant 2-day stay. The location was close to both sides of the river which I liked. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were lovely, great location, very clean. There are a fair few stairs but the staff carried our cases up so not really a problem. Would stay here again
