Unsafe place. Visiting Florence due to a surgical conference. Had problems with angry doorman. A miscommunication led to a verbal & physical altercation while waiting for our cab. He didn’t like my colleague was sitting on the stairs. He threaten us with a baseball bat. I communicated this incident to Olga and Leandro but I felt the situation was not dealt with in the most appropriate manner. Very unfortunate incident. In hindsight, I feel I should’ve called the cops but did not want to miss my flight back to the US. There was obviously a lack of communication between us, and the doorman because language barrier does prompted the doorman to lose his head.

Great location…about 10 blocks from the Duomo. This hotel is a very nice B&B. Breakfast was nice and served exactly when we asked for it. The small elevator to the 4th floor was easy to figure out how to use. The rooms were very modern and very classy.

Flor in Florence was an absolute gem! Brand new, beautifully furnished, clean, quiet, comfortable. Leandro was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to everything. The wifi worked well. I only wish there had been a small fridge and coffee service in the room, and it would be nice if they made arrangement with a laundromat or dry cleaner nearby for laundry services. We were traveling for a few weeks and this place was a soft landing and much-needed break from the grind of traveling, and those few extra touches would have been very welcomed. Otherwise this B&B was perfect and we would absolutely go back and recommend it to everyone.

Bella esperienza! Posizione strategica . Stanza molto confortevole e pulitissima. Buona colazione in una sala da pranzo molto suggestiva. Manca il frigo bar in stanza… e soprattutto d’estate sarebbe molto utile. Comunque siamo state molto bene.. sembrava di essere a casa.

La struttura è meravigliosa, elegante , pulitissima. Il personale gentilissimo, in particolare la,signora ucraina, e disponibile. Ad un passo dal centro ci siamo trovati molto bene anche per il confort di poter bere qualcosa di caldo in compagnia degli altri clienti. Un grazie speciale alla signora Olgha che dimostra grande attenzione e professionalità.
