It took a while to find the hotel location. The front desk staff was very kind. When we went back early in the morning and wanted slippers, he took the time to find them for us. The only downside to the hotel is that the shower room is very small.

This hotel had a lot of noisy work going on outside our room in the corridors. They provided only two small cans of water as complimentary and the breakfast was abysmall with powdered scrambled eggs everday and wafer thin fatty bacon which had mainly fat but no meat. Based on that we were never going to eat in their restaurant in the evening. The bathroom was a total disaster with a tiny shower cubicle which leaked no end (see pics). The light bulbs were missing in the bathroom and the room and they made no attempt to replace them despite my requests. The sockets barely worked and there were major electrical issues in the hotel. They also failed to replace tea bags despite my requests. Have a look at the photos of the corridor with all the exposed wires and pipes outside the rooms, very disappointing!! Finally, this hotel was booked by our holiday company and not us as a package holiday. It was in the middle of nowhere with only housing all around. No shops or restaurants so it cost more in taxi fayres!! Avoid this hotel at all cost!! My score is 3 out of 10 and not a hotel I would wish on anyone - you have been warned!!!

Located roughly 2.5km from the center of Florence the Together Florence Inn offers great value on the dollar thanks to comfortable beds, free parking, a 24/7 fitness center and morning breakfast including a variety of good items plus great Espresso. Easy access to downtown by car or public transport.

Reception: not very empathetic welcome. Few questions and information to provide us. Eg. did not mention swimming pool and wi fi password. Very simple clean room, small shower box. Excellent breakfast in a room with suggestive natural light. Excellent proposal of sweet, savory, special infusions. Hotel under renovation, there were workers in the corridor who did not delimit the work areas.

I discovered this property by chance looking for a place a stone's throw from Florence with free parking; I was amazed by the tranquility of the area, the relaxing atmosphere (soft music in the common areas and plenty of green areas) and the design of the rooms, tastefully renovated and very clean. Excellent courtesy and welcome. Worthy of note for those traveling as a family are also the gardens with games attached to the structure! ;) I'll be back!

Singular structure for a hotel: on two floors and developed horizontally, as in certain seaside cities. Excellent functionality. Rooms a little spartan but with all comforts and always clean. Convenient location also for visiting Florence in a cheaper place than the centre, but easily reachable by bus. Decent breakfast, more sweet than savory.

Worst experience I've ever had... I booked a room in this establishment, I called to ask for confirmation and since they hadn't received anything they asked me to leave them my details and they would contact me as soon as possible... the next day, having had no news, I called the facility without the operator having given me confirmation on the booking... later I received an email, in which they invited me to cancel the booking because it was incorrect, and I acted accordingly... after a few hours I received another email telling me that they made a mistake and the reservation was valid, so I called but no one was able to provide me with explanations on the matter, telling me that they would contact me... days later I have not received any communication... and is this a 4-star hotel? Absolutely to be avoided with the total lack of professionalism

The structure is welcoming and well organised. Complete breakfast for all tastes, from sweet to savory. The hotel also has a small gym with dumbbells and cardio, an outdoor pool and a sauna. Super helpful and trained staff
