The room is spacious and the furniture is beautiful. Professional and personal service. It was the hotel's 10th anniversary, so there were snacks, fruits and champagne for free.

Next to the old bridge in Florence, 403 river view suite, the living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Arno River, the location is good and the scenery is good, but the heating is not too hot. On the third day, we were upgraded to the larger family river view suite 405 next door, with a dining room for six people and two bathrooms, which is even better👍🏻 The hotel breakfast is also very rich. recommend!

The best location in Florence, with bridges and water features outside the window, almost all attractions are within walking distance, first-class service, several famous attractions are within 10 minutes walk, highly recommended

The environment of the hotel is very good, and the customer service is excellent too. I especially love the view of the balcony as the picture shown below as well as the breakfast of the hotel. Next time if have opportunity, I will book the hotel again.

We spent five luxurious nights in Florence at the Portrait Firenze. From the welcoming at the curb when our transfer arrived with us at the hotel, a refreshing glass of bubbles during check in, customized pillows arranged ahead of our arrival and waiting for us at checkin, the customized stock in the mini bar, the exceptional view of the River with the amazing sunset each evening, a fabulously comfortable and impeccably outfitted suite, the Bespoke experiences coordinated specially for us by the team-the communication of ideas and choices prior to our arrival was perfect, the restaurant staff who came to know our desires at breakfast and for our afternoon cocktail on the patio, and every other little detail (including a diffuser for the hairdryer to perfectly style my curls 😊)….it simply could not have been any better. The team at Portrait Firenze are clearly passionate about what they do, and if they can’t please you-no one can! A return to Florence and the Portrait Firenze is definitely in our future travel plans.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Portrait Firenze. The hotel was wonderfully located and very comfortable. Staff was very attentive and respectful. The hotel's design was elegant and sober. Breakfast was great too. All in all a great experience.

The hotel was absolutely outstanding. The room was beautiful and the staff so friendly and attentive. Breakfast was fabulous. The location was perfect and one of our favorite things was to sit outside in the hotel restaurant- was just awesome!

We had an amazing stay at the Portrait in Florence. We arrived after a long train journey and immediately were treated with warm hospitality. The staff were always welcoming, attentive and charming to our little (and often loud) young children. We stayed in a a suite overlooking the river, and the room was stylish and functional. In particular, the kids items (play house, toys, childrens slippers etc) made our stay easy and delightful. We were given great restaurant recommendations and thoughtful suggestions for how to spend our time. The location itself is very central and convenient - we were very sad to go!

The Portrait Firenze was absolutely exceptional. Before we even arrived, the staff was highly responsive and helped me plan our whole itinerary - including a very unusual request to find us a conference or hotel room of some kind when we were on a day trip so one of us could take an important conference call! The guides they arranged were kind, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. The hotel also made all of our dining reservations, which took that burden off of me! The entire staff from the front desk to the restaurant to the support staff were attentive and genuinely a pleasure to work with and be around! We were so grateful for the level of service, which made all the difference for our trip. In addition to the people, the hotel itself was incredible. The location cannot be beat — steps from the Ponte Vecchio and an easy walk from anywhere you’d want to go in Florence. Our room was spacious (we got one of the suites but were accustomed to even suites in Europe being small — this was not!) and immaculate. It felt very clean and new. We can’t wait to stay here again!!

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Florence! Perfectly situated among best shopping, historical areas and excellent food! Comfortable beds, soft pillows….excellent food in the restaurant downstairs…we will be returning to Portrait Firenze when we return to Florence!

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful with dinner, transportation and activity reservations. We ordered room service and it was excellent. We will definitely stay there again if we are in Florence!

My 4th time here and hands down, one of the top stays in all of Italy. Best location, although it can get a little crowded at the front but the upside is that if you book one of the rooms that faces the rivers, you have the best views of the Ponte Vecchio bridge, and let’s be honest, it doesn’t disappoint. Professional staff and team members. Beautiful and cozy rooms. Top tier everything.
