The room is as beautiful as the photos, clean and tidy, with stylish and artistic decoration. The location is close to Marco Polo Square, so you can easily walk back to the hotel after watching the sunset. The hotel management staff communicated and responded in a timely manner and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel

Very satisfied! The room is in a small building, very quiet, and the room is large. For the price of a hotel in Florence, it is very cost-effective. The design of the room is also good. This is really a gorgeous and comfortable hotel. They have outfitted the rooms beautifully with the most modern conveniences, beautifully tucked away kitchenette, closets, safe, even the bathroom is smartly tucked away. The bed was very comfortable, the location is great. A great deal of thought went into the design and it shows. Our only complaint is that we were on the 3rd floor and were asked not to use the elevator, though it was working. This was not ideal as I am recovering from a broken ankle and after a day of hoofing it around the city, the climb up the stairs was unpleasant. I hope this has been remedied by now.

This hotel is spectacular in every possible way. The rooms are stunningly beautiful, enormous, and impeccably done. Very high ceilings, beautiful windows, separate sitting areas and bedrooms, huge closets, gorgeous bathrooms. Everything about it feels new, sleek and luxurious. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and were always available on WhatsApp for anything we needed, including dinner reservations, transportation, and all other questions and needs. The location is perfect, if you prefer to be in a bit of a quieter and less touristy area. It’s only a ten minute walk to the center and the tourist areas, but it’s right in the middle of a gorgeous and quieter neighborhood. There is a fantastic coffee shop directly next to the hotel, with an amazing menu, friendly staff, and a large and beautiful patio. And with your hotel stay, you are given free coffee and breakfast there. I cannot wait to come back here…I am a frequent traveler and appreciate quality, and this hotel is one of the best I ever stayed.

1- I like how the hotel design and modern furniture and comfortable stay make you happy 2- all rooms with names has different style 3- the Dame in the reception is so friendly and so cute ^^ 4- the only hotel in my stay they have Iron 5- perfect location near from all the active areas 6- amazing Soap smell, shampoo and cream looks high quality

Very nice suite just outside the busy center of Florence (20 min walk). Very spacious and nicely decorated in a modern style. Very good big bed. Is not a hotel, so no hotel facilities (breakfast room, bar, restaurant). Breakfast bar is a 5-minute walk away.
