It was better than I thought. I was worried because the reviews said it was noisy, but it wasn't noisy at all and there was an elevator. It was really good for a 1-star hotel.

Нормальное жильё на пару дней. Главное, что чистое. Легко и комфортно прошли регистрацию, на стойке была девушка. Забавный душ, конечно, такой маленький в номере, но мы думали, что он общий будет. И раковина была. Шумно было немного совсем. Зависит от сезона, видимо, и от людей. У нас было их немного и достаточно тихие. Стенки очень хорошо звук пропускают, это да, приватность в отеле на низком уровне

We had a decent stay in this place. The staff members were helpful and very polite. The room was clean and comfortable, although not very spacious. The bathroom was clean and everything functional. There is no breakfast included in the stay but there are several inexpensive places to eat in the neighbourhood. The lift is rather old and cramped but I guess that’s somewhat common in old buildings closer to town centres, probably insufficient space to install newer lifts anyway. The location was great, we were able to walk to all points of interest and really enjoyed the town centre. Also several choices for meals nearby. If one is not very picky, I’d say this is value for money.

It's a budget hotel, and you can tell that before you book. Bed was comfy, onsuite bathroom was super modern. The location is amazing, so close to everything you want to see in Firenze Hotel manager couldn't do enough for us, allowed us early check in with the baby at no extra cost. The entrance to the building is very run down but the hotel itself even though dated was a wonderful stay. Definately reccomend if you are on a budget!

The so-called hotel is not a hotel, it is an old and dirty building that has only the 4th floor with rooms. The room is small and ugly. Smell of humidity and the cleanliness in the building in general is very bad. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Their description is very misleading ... first of all: breakfast included which does not exist, followed by ...... 9 the photos of our "room" are not published and now I understand why, a very small room, very dirty ( hair even inside the drawers of the bedside table) walls with disturbing stains and hot to suffocate, we slept with the window open, then the bathroom .... the bidet is missing, it came from crying !!! one towel each !!!!!!(obviously they don't make you do the bidet so you put it to make the towel?) you use one for everything no! How disgusting! No Wifi, it fits but it travels very slowly and in the room it only takes 3g, then, no TV, in 202! Again, boat bed .... sunken is an understatement, sleepless night! On the other hand, freezing cold bathroom, without a radiator / radiator, if you prefer, they say 24-hour reception, instead they close at 7pm. Plus the mosquitoes,in February! Unusable air conditioner due to lack of remote control ... We do not recommend anyone to stay in this hovel. At the same price we had found a very nice hotel .... but this time we let ourselves really be deceived by the photos and reviews, dubious at this point ... because one cannot say "excellent, wonderful, beautiful" but where the hell did you stay?!
