This property is really close to the train station and that is really helpful. It has an empty feel as the reception is in another building down the street and so you enter the room via code on the doors. Overall the room was adequate with a working television (most of the rooms I have had do not have tvs that work). Overall it was a good stay but amenities are sparse.

The location is near the railway station, 3 minutes walk distance and not far from the centre.
The staff is very friendly. The room isn’t big but it’s modern and we had a nice view from our room.

The room was very clean. It was conveniently located near the station. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage at a sister hotel, so it was easy to go sightseeing.

We stayed two nights and had a great time. Very clean place (we didn't expect the room to be cleaned every day), very spacious and with an excellent location. Very courteous and helpful staff. If it happens we will definitely return

Building 3 minutes walk from the centre, equipped with lift and access via code (no keys or cards to remember). Cozy, minimal, clean and fragrant environment, as is the room, equipped with all the comforts, kettle with tea, coffee and sugar already present, extra soft pillow, more powerful hairdryer present. The bathroom products are also excellent. Very friendly staff, always available 24 hours a day: they allowed us to leave our luggage in their sister B&B until 8pm (reception closing time), offering us the opportunity to use the bathroom before leaving.

Really nice place, humble, clean and very welcoming room, quiet place without too much ******. I recommend it for those who are spending a few days in Florence and especially for young people as it is also cheap. The owner of the rooms is very nice and welcoming. 😉

The receptionist is super friendly and the owner of the accommodation is really nice and kind and left us a map of the city and directions on where to go to eat. The room, which can be reached by stairs or lift, was clean, tidy, bright and with a balcony. When we arrived we found welcome chocolates, herbal teas, coffee, shower gel, shampoo, clean towels and blankets. The place is really quiet and does not overlook the main road so you can sleep peacefully. Recommended for those looking for the best value for money and a place very close to the station and the center of Florence.
