The location is great, but the front desk staff is not very friendly. The heating is not on. It's a bit cold at night.

Great B&B in Florence! Very friendly staff who are helpful. The location is excellent, just 5 mins from Florence Station. Set just off a busy road with restaurants and shops. Easy walking to all the main sites. The room was clean and stocked with everything you would need. Breakfast was great with a good selection. Great view over breakfast of the Duomo. We loved the rooftop to sit out on at night and watch the sunset.

Excellent location for visiting the city, just a stone's throw from the centre. Very clean rooms, good breakfast, very kind and friendly staff. They allowed us to store our bags so we could make the most of our two days of holiday. The small terrace with a view of the cathedral is also fascinating,

The B&B is super close to the main points of Firenze. There is the disadvantage of not having an elevator, but the owner Persi helped us get our bags up and down. The rooms are beautiful and cozy. I found the bathroom small but nothing that bothered the stay. It was a good experience in Firenze.

If you are looking for a welcoming, clean and delightfully furnished b&b, I recommend La Locanda dei Guelfi set in a 14th century building just a few steps from the Florence Cathedral. I came to Florence for 2 days with my family for a cultural-food and wine tour of Tuscany and we found this b&b where we were immediately welcomed with kindness and courtesy. The rooms are very clean and beautiful, furnished in a classic style. The breakfast is rich and varied. I highly recommend it

Les chambres sont spacieuses, la salle de bain est correcte. Isolation très faible et simple vitrage permettant d'entendre les passage dans la rue et la chambre annexe. la literie n'est pas top. La seule vue existante est sur le balcon se situant au toit qui est magnifique. L'accueil y est chaleureux et le petit déjeuner est très correct.

Lo consiglio per l'ottima posizione, tutto il personale è gentilissimo e le camere sono pulite e ben arredate. Esiste anche una terrazza dalla quale si gode di un'ottima vista sul mercato e Santa Marai Novella. L'hotel è raggiungibile comodamente dalla stazione.

Très bonne situation pour visiter Florence, nous avons garé la voiture au parking souterrain Parterre à 15 minutes de marches, tarif 15 €/jour. Grande chambre et sdb tout confort, immense lit très confortable. Nous avions la chambre 1 juste à côté de la salle des petits déjeuners mais pour une nuit cela ne nous a pas trop gêné. Pdj simple mais correct. De très bons restaurants dans la rue. Point négatif , au troisième étage sans ascenseur et la montée est vraiment pénible avec les bagages.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera mansardata...finemente arredata,molto luminosa, spaziosa, ben curata e pulita (dotata di WiFi e condizionatore)...ha un piccolo angolo cottura con lavello e frigo molto comodi.. ottima prima colazione servita in struttura.. Con una scala a chiocciola si può raggiungere la terrazza panoramica, non tanto grande ma molto rilassante e carina con vista sulla città...l'Hotel è centrale, molto comodo sia per raggiungere il centro sia per raggiungere la stazione dei treni... Unico punto leggermente dolente è che sprovvisto di ascensore... Accoglienza ottima. Personale gentile e cordiale.
