Hotel Principe

The room facilities are old. Although the decoration is acceptable, the most infuriating incident of this trip happened there: the bag I deposited was stained by the white wall dust. After wiping it, I found that the fabric was damaged. I bought my new bag for more than 2,000 yuan not long ago. This is a hiking backpack that is very wear-resistant. I have stayed in many hotels in Italy, but this is the first time I have encountered such a rude storage service??? Afterwards, I contacted the hotel, but they refused to investigate and compensate me on the grounds that "we did not communicate at the time", and they did not even apologize??? Such arrogance and irresponsibility are totally unworthy of the name of "City of Civilization". Be careful that a century of history will be destroyed in the hands of these irresponsible people. Will never stay at this hotel again. Outdated facilities, acceptable decor, but the worst experience of this trip: after leaving my bag with the hotel, it came back covered in white wall dust, and wiping it revealed fabric damage (a nen bag worth 300 euro ). After staying in many hotels across Italy, I’ve never seen such careless handling. When contacted, the hotel flatly denied responsibility, refused to review security footage, and didn’t even offer an apology. Arrogant, irresponsible, and utterly disgraceful behavior for a so-called historic hotel in a “civilized city.” I will never stay here again. just remeber i paid u to work here, you justill can't do a simple thing well A century-old legacy can truly be ruined in the hands of such irresponsible people.

A very interesting family hotel. The rooms face the river view. The service is super good above and beyond. Although the facilities are a bit old, it is very comfortable to stay!
