Fantastic location to walk to all the key sites in Florence. The room and hotel are beautifully restored. The host was just lovely and helpful. Free use of umbrellas and early check in were nice touches, as were the restaurants and laundromat right next door! Thank you from the Australians!

Very elegant and quaint. During our stay I believe only one of the other rooms on our floor was occupied for 1 evening and otherwise we had the floor to ourselves. We were concerned with the private bath being located down the hall, but this turned out not being an issue. Florence was much smaller than Rome and all the sites were a short walk from Katti House, even the train station.

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect! The B&B is operated by a small team so you need to let them know your ETA in order to get checked in without having to wait. The rooms were very clean and decorated very charming. Good value for money. We’d definitely come back here. Good to know, there is no elevator. The central location does come with the side effect of street noice late at night. This didn’t disturb us at all but if you are looking for a very quiet place you might want to consider other options.

Fantastic location, decidedly strategic for visiting the center of Florence, the museums and current exhibitions. The room was clean, large and very comfortable: comfortable beds and double glazing that isolates noise. Mrs. Maria is very kind and always available to satisfy the requests of her guests.
