Clean, cozy hotel. There is a bath, which we were very pleased with. Also, the rooms are made in a cool Italian style and the hotel location is great in the very center. I can't help but mention the staff! Very polite, helpful people! Especially the man who checked us in) in general, if I return to Florence, I will 100% stay there!

The location is very good, very close to the attractions, within walking distance, and the surrounding area is very convenient. The room is large and clean, and the service is also very thoughtful and meticulous. They helped call a taxi to the train station.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom, while not particularly large, was spotlessly clean, with plenty of hot water and quality toiletries. The window also offered a breathtaking view of the quintessential Florentine rooftops! 🍝 **Amazing breakfast experience** Served in the cozy first-floor restaurant, breakfast offers a wide variety of high-quality dishes, including fresh fruit, freshly baked croissants, ham and cheese, scrambled eggs, and authentic Italian coffee. They not only helped us book tickets for popular attractions but also recommended several authentic local eateries only locals know. The hotel is about a dozen minutes from Florence's Santa Maria Novella Train Station. The road is typical of Florence: uneven, so you'll need good luggage wheels! The hotel is within a reasonable walking distance of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Mercato Centrale, and Piazzale Michelangelo. The front desk was very helpful and even helped us find a nearby supermarket where we could buy a variety of food and drinks. The room was clean, but the facilities were a bit old. Even though the air conditioning was on all day, the temperature wasn't very cool.
