Great hotel, very nice stay

The hotel environment is very good, clean and high-end. The breakfast restaurant environment is great, the food is varied and delicious. The service staff of the whole hotel is very good

The hotel is newly renovated, and the location is very convenient. You can visit various attractions in Focun within ten minutes' walk. The room is clean and hygienic, and the disposable shampoo and bath products are all olive essence. Both sofas can be opened to make two single beds, which is very convenient for families with children. Good breakfast. There is a small garden on the first floor, where you can come down and sit for a while when you find time. The only downside is that the mattress is a bit soft.

The hardware facilities are good, and the location is also very good, but the service attitude is really bad. You don't feel like you are here to stay. The front desk looks at the guests like a thief. There is no room service, and there is no water delivery in the room

The hotel was just renovated a few years ago, and the facilities are not bad. The location is excellent, but the main attractions are basically within walking distance. It is also close to the train station. The waiters have a good attitude. There are disposable cups and disposable slippers, soap and so on. The only regret is that the bed is not covered with a quilt, but a blanket is used in the quilt cover, which is not comfortable enough. But it seems that most hotels here use blankets...

Satisfied, but not 100%… I would not go back preferring others! Room not great and thought it was closer to the cathedral! The breakfast is really great!

We booked a balcony room for our one night stay in Florence. We arrived in the morning by Italo train from Rome and walked to the hotel. We had only backpacks which the hotel stored for us until check-in. Other than very firm pillows our stay was perfect. They have the best hotel breakfast buffet ever! The hostess brought me a beautiful cappuccino! We would definitely stay here again for any future visits to Florence.

The hotel is centrally located, but still in a quiet area of Florence city center. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Many breakfast options and a beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast made our stay perfect.

We stayed this hotel last year, and liked it very much. So we, again, stayed this hotel. Staff are always friendly and efficient. Rooms are clean and are well equiped. The hotel locates in a quiet student area, but still accessible easily to all attractions. We will definitely stay here again!
