Beautiful and great location. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. Ulrike was great! She helped us plan a day trip to Sienna and gave great tips for Florence. We felt like we were visiting an old friend! So welcoming! Would absolutely recommend and hope to visit again someday.

This place met all my expectations. The location is good; near good restaurants and shops. Satya met us upon arrival and she made our stay quite enjoyable. She made dinner reservations for us as well as directing us to a nearby laundry. Her map was helpful in finding well known sights we visited. Our place was very secure with three locked doors to our suite. Highly recommend.

We had the most incredible stay with Ulrike Her care for us and our well being was second to none The accommodation was ideal I couldn’t recommend her more highly and this accommodation will now always be my first choice whenever I’m in Florence The accommodation was ideally situated being just a 10 minute walk from the train station and all the main attractions

One of the most beautiful apartments we’ve ever been to It was truly amazing Very comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms Nice and private patio astonishing living-dining-kitchen space It is located in the old town 5 -10 min walk from most of the main attractions and there are great restaurants all around It is very quiet so it’s great to relax here after long day of sightseeing ☺️ Po prostu pięknie Dziękujemy ❤️

My stay at Relais & Maison Grand Tour was easy and comfortable. Satya and Ulrike were kind and responsive, providing a list of favorite restaurants, shops, and sights when I arrived, and available for questions whenever I asked. The room was cool and clean (and big!), a lovely place to return after long, hot days around Florence. It was especially comforting, traveling alone, to have such kind and helpful hosts. It was a lovely experience, I recommend Relais & Maison highly!

The Relais and Maison B & B is in a great location with unique accommodations. There were 3 of us ladies traveling and the owner, Ulrike, had us stay in an apartment which included a kitchen and bedrooms each with their own bathroom. There was plenty of room for us to lounge after a busy day of sightseeing. Ulrike is extremely helpful in recommending sites to see, restaurants or call a taxi when needed.

My husband and I absolutely LOVED our stay at Relais & Maison Grand Tour. We felt welcomed by our hosts. They gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Our room was charming! It had just the right combination of modern conveniences without losing the original feeling of the building. And the bed was so comfortable. The central location meant we could walk everywhere, but the street was quiet. I've been telling all my friends about this find. We will definitely come back!
