Overall it's average, not cost-effective. There is no indoor swimming pool, the location is a bit far from the city center, there is a shuttle bus, one way takes 15-20 minutes.

Bulgari's Chinese food and dinner are both very good. For dinner, I recommend the 5th floor terrace restaurant...

Fairytale place, consisting of two structures: Palazzo della Gherardesca and the former convent now called La Villa, has a 400-hectare park consisting of many plants and centuries-old trees. It has a starred Il Palagio restaurant where you can also have breakfast. Inside the park there is also a gym and a spa, where you can enjoy various treatments including luxury with creams with 24kt gold and massages with oils from the famous pharmaceutical perfume workshop Santa Maria Novella in Florence. I really appreciated the view of the room on the garden of the Villa, and the welcome and helpfulness of the staff.

Gallery suites most likely won't give green rooms. Even though we have told the hotel front desk many times in advance that we want that room. But it seems that the staff still did not see that I applied for special needs when I checked in.

Fully in line with the standards of the Four Seasons hotel. Services and hardware and software are all seasons. The only thing worth mentioning is the two restaurants, the Michelin restaurant was a disappointment, none of the dishes tasted satisfactory; on the contrary, the casual style restaurant in the lobby was such a surprise that we could not eat for three days straight.
