Breakfast was good, lots of options. location was excellent- right by the train station and bus stop for day trips. The service was nice and the gave us complimentary treats! It’s quite modern and so some of the lights were confusing but we enjoyed our stay.

Super nice staff and location is good! Very close to train station and central market, both are 5 mins walking distance from hotel!
Breakfast is simple, small choices of food but it’s acceptable. Just the room are kinda too small for 2 person and can hear the noise from neighbors.

The counter staff was very friendly. Even when I returned to the hotel at 11pm, there were still people on duty, which made me feel safe and secure. The welcome candies at the counter are delicious, the breakfast options are also very good, the bed in the room is very comfortable, the hotel is close to the station, there is an elevator so you don't have to carry your luggage up and down. The location is great! It only takes 8 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. And they are all reached quickly within a straight line.
