Hotel Bella Firenze

The location is excellent, with a 5-minute walk to the train station and near many restaurants and stores. The service was great, we checked in advance and it was a self-check-in (not sure if it is because of Sunday), and the staffs was friendly. The room itself was a little bit small and the cleanliness was good but not excellent. Overall it was a great deal to stay there.

Right next to the train station. Easy access to most of the city attractions. Good price and only great for a short stay like one or two days. Property is nicer!!

Horrible experience - would give a zero if I could This was a bad experience. Really, the only positive side to this property is the location near the train station. The condition of the building is bad. If you have heavy bags get ready to lift them up by yourself because there is no elevator - only a lot of steep stairs. The only relatively good experience was with the lady that cleans the rooms. Toilet was broken and it leaked. Bed sheets were not clean. You can readily notice that they never wash the bed decorations. There was a really bad sewer smell at the entrance, and the hotel is right in front of 2 bus stops so the noise starts from the very early morning. If you get the first floor room you are in bad luck because of the lack of insulation to the weather and to the sound. Staff service is so limited. The hotel's owner does not afford a full-time staff so if you find yourself needing something you are in bad luck because the staff is rarely there. If you are smart - you will stay away from this property.

We stayed at Bella Firenze during our Italy trip with kids in Sep 2024. Hotel is walking distance from train station, has good facilities and staff , spacious room. Recommend this hotel for stay in Florence.
