We love the room even though is the most basic room. The natural light from the windows, the high ceilings and the interior was modern and tasteful. It was also extremely clean.
Service staff was also exceptional.

Lovely suites close to bus services and walkable distance to centre of the city. Breakfast is extra but decent. Check staff are very helpful. Thanks for a pleasant stay. Rooms are decent size with excellent bathroom facilities. Recommended place to stay at decent price.

So it’s a bit of a trek from the centre (12mins by bus if you don’t fancy the walk), but it was worth it. Rooms spacious, shower excellent and TV with access to Netflix, Prime etc… welcomed…check in was smooth, reception is not manned after 8pm so late entry back into the hotel is via a front door code. Garden at the rear and in our case a small balcony off our room overlooking the garden was nice to enjoy after a long day exploring Florence, be aware dark nights and garden lights attract insects so take sprays if you don’t want to be bitten. Only complaints, not enough tea and coffee in the room, easily remedied by a quick visit to reception and whist the room mini bar is “reasonably” priced not including complimentary bottled water felt a bit off for a room costing over £250 a night. Tip: If like us you arrive a bit late and are looking for a good place to eat close to the hotel, visit Gastronomia Pizzeria Panico, don’t be put off by the look of the place (we nearly were)… this was up there as one of our favourite meals of our trip.

Yes. Liked this place. It's marketed as a B&B so I've rated based against that. It certainly has a bit of a B&B/ boutique hotel crossover model. But the breakfast was good. It was a well kept and comfortable communal and reception area. We were kindly provided with a small free upgrade on our room and the junior suite provided was great. Comfortable four poster bed. A small Balcony overlooking the street. Beautiful large bath and 'his and hers' sinks behind a screen. The walk in shower was very hi tech, with a wonderful steam room function! Modern tv with Prime Video app installed.The The staff were attentive and offered a personal touch via WhatsApp messaging. Only minor negatives were- Tea and coffee making facilities weren't great. Would have been good to have a coffee machine.The TV sound suffered a bit for being behind the fancy aesthetic glass wall- could perhaps do with a soundbar. A little bit of a walk from the centre but not too bad if you're fit and able.. All in all though very good and a lovely room.

I made a reservation for the studio but they upgraded me to this room. First on the left when you enter. Electric curtains nice shower. We only couldn't turn on the hanging lights in the shower. Couldn't find the switch. I thought it was a bit far but it's just under 10 min walk and you're in the hustle and bustle of the city. Where the famous sandwich shops is. Asked for an extra towel because we went to the spa and they provided it. They also have parking if you need it. If you don't want breakfast there is a bakery just across the street.
