Excellent service. I lost my jacket in the hotel and the staff both from the hotel and email service kindly and quickly assist to resolve this issue and successfully sent my jacket back. Huge appreciation

We love the room even though is the most basic room. The natural light from the windows, the high ceilings and the interior was modern and tasteful. It was also extremely clean.
Service staff was also exceptional.

It was reasonably clean, and parking was available right outside the hotel, though there was a chance of getting fined by the police. However, the room was different from the photos. The photos showed a king-size bed, but when I checked in, I was given two smaller beds. They switched them a day later.
However, my itinerary changed, and I requested a one-day refund, but it was not approved.

Service: The hotel closes at 8 p.m. each night, which is important to note. It's not open 24 hours a day, but they provide a door code, so if you're late, you can check in yourself. Taxis can be difficult to obtain in Florence, so we asked the front desk agent to call one for us, which was quite helpful.
