Charming staff, a room with a balcony (terrace) is very pleasant

I traveled 5 cities in Italy and this hotel is the best with its tidiness and excellence. You can have cleanliness (very clean every day), location (10 min walk to The Duomo and Galleria dell Accademia), service (Very helpful staffs to all racies), facilities (washing machine very helpful for travellers, and free minibar that fills everyday) all in one. And very quiet. The price was a bit high but I think it is value for money.

The room is not very big, and after unfolding two suitcases, it is barely enough for one person to pass through. The bed is relatively large, and the bathroom is also OK. Occasionally, motorcycles pass by the window at night, and the noise is very loud. The location is good, and the attractions and the train station are within walking distance. The hotel has a small swimming pool and a gym, which are open to the public. It is convenient to eat around. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided.

It's about a 15-minute walk from the cathedral. The nearby streets are not noisy at night and the room is spacious. The attitude of the hotel staff is a bit perfunctory.

A rare new hotel in Florence, the room facilities and supplies (slippers and toiletries) are very complete. Especially the minibar is free and includes snacks and drinks. The comfort level is very good and the hotel facilities are also very complete. It’s not easy to have the experience of a domestic four-star hotel in Florence. It’s just that it’s so popular that I can’t find a room if I want to extend my stay 😂

The room is quite big, but the facilities are very old and cheap. It is not worth the price, but the service is very good. The front desk can exchange euros and help with taxis. The hotel's spa and small swimming pool are good.

Very clean and comfortable, the service staff are very friendly, like a spring breeze. The location is excellent, very quiet at night, there are many attractions and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance, highly recommended

My favorite hotel when traveling in Italy, the setting is great! It’s just that we have a lot of big luggage, and the gravel roads in Florence are too difficult to walk on.
