IQ Hotel Firenze Reviews

A rare new hotel in Florence, the room facilities and supplies (slippers and toiletries) are very complete. Especially the minibar is free and includes snacks and drinks. The comfort level is very good and the hotel facilities are also very complete. It’s not easy to have the experience of a domestic four-star hotel in Florence. It’s just that it’s so popular that I can’t find a room if I want to extend my stay 😂

Very clean and comfortable, the service staff are very friendly, like a spring breeze. The location is excellent, very quiet at night, there are many attractions and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance, highly recommended

The check-in experience is very good. The hotel is newly decorated, clean and tidy.

My favorite hotel when traveling in Italy, the setting is great! It’s just that we have a lot of big luggage, and the gravel roads in Florence are too difficult to walk on.

The room is a bit small

IQ hotel was a haven for us while traveling in Europe. We were very tired when we got to Firenze but the hotel made us feel relaxed and peaceful that we did not want to leave. We really enjoyed the free 45-min spa (reservation required), free mini bar in the room restocked daily, clean and modern rooms, convenient location, and self-service laundry (4 euros each for washing and drying, iron available). A bit sad we didn’t get to use the outdoor heated pool due to rainy weather Staffs are friendly and very helpful! Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who’s going to Firenze.

I loved my stay at the IQ, very prime location, 10 min walk from the center, yet in a nice quiet place. Very clean, the staff are so pleasant nice and accommodating.. the amenities are excellent in the room and really good quality bathroom stuff. The breakfast is soo good and cheap, I would recommend adding it as eating a sandwich and coffee outside is more than the quality buffet they offer. Will come again indeed!

Liked the Hotel, staff were impeccable and great service!. The only downfall was the Spa (you was only allowed 45 mins). Plunge pool was lovely but would have been great if there was an indoor pool. The food was lovely, breakfast had a lot of variety and also gluten free which was fab! Great location and walking distance to the market, museum and other places to see and eat. The wine tasting is a must! Although did feel rushed as lots of traffic getting there (took 1.5 hours). Overall, enjoyed our time at the Hotel (4 nights) which was just about enough time for the things we wanted to do. Worth a visit to see the Uffizi Museum, Bell Tower and definitely for the 2 winery's we visited. Thank you!

So many included amenities, nice and modern look, very affordable pricing, staff was courteous. Great breakfast spread. Multiple beds available in one room. This was the best hotel we stayed in Italy.

I couldn’t find anything to complain about with this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and cleaned every day, and the breakfast was excellent, although brocoli and peas were strange choices for breakfast. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be opening the pizzeria earlier than 7.30pm and being open on Mondays, which was ironically the only day I wanted to eat there, as well as some kind of lunch provision. Other than that, I had an amazing stay and would probably go back again if I went back to Florence.

Excellence experience at iQ Firenze, from the welcome staff/ concierge, hotel porters, wait staff, dining staff and bartenders everyone was very helpful in answering our many questions and inquiries. Staff were responsive, courteous, professional and attentive to us. We really enjoyed the stay and would visit again. I only hoped the hotel was closer to the train station to access it quicker, overall felt safe and welcomed.

Hotel was excellent, breakfast was wonderful. Location close enough to everything but not so much that it feels loud all the time. Most importantly, the staff were all very very kind. Will recommend this hotel to anyone who visits florence

Breakfast is great and walking distance to most of the tourist spots in Florence. Laundry is also available for use but not for free.
