Good location, very close to the train station & Centro storico. Room size was very good, with a BALCONY! Even though privacy may be a bit compromised but can’t have everything. It had very good natural lighting. The bathroom was also big, bigger than most bathroom in Italian hotels. I could dance & turn around in the shower stall. Check in required a bit of tech-savviness & naturally the internet. Unlocking gate & room required the use of an internet browser/done on a smart phone. There’re plenty of food options around, a bar/cafe/gelateria right down the building. Coffee machine & drinking water available for the taking. There’s a big shared fridge and an in-room fridge. Internet was fast. Plenty of charging ports/power outlets, conveniently placed (including bedside). Maybe one small suggestion: perhaps there’d be a desk. The TV didn’t work but I wouldn’t watch anything in Italian. I could YouTube with the fast internet. Good toiletries & drinking water provided & refreshed daily (some hotels don’t do this). Highly recommended.

You hv to access the rm with several passcodes with your phone. We had a bug to in and call the hotline. The staff came very fast and patient. The location is very good for train and tram. It is new the rm but some of the design is odd, and some of equipment has already broken. And the shower water would be not hot enough occasionally.

The hotel is not in the city center, but it’s easy to reach on foot. It’s also conveniently close to the train station. The apartment itself is comfortable, but I’m giving it a lower rating due to a sewage smell.

After booking, you will receive a vickey checkin email, it is not a scam, you need to register your information and pay the city tax. If you arrive early or leave late, you can store your luggage at c-hotel joy next to this hotel for free.
This B&B is a 3-minute walk from the train station, but there are many people near the train station, so I won't go out at night. The room was ok, it had a fridge with lots of water in it (which was great), and a coffee maker and microwave in the common area, but the microwave didn't look very clean. The room also has a balcony, but it was a bit cold so I didn't go to the balcony.
Everything was fine until the next door room **** was super loud during the night! ! ! And because the doors are so close, I always feel like someone opened my door. Fortunately, it was only noisy on the first day, and it became quieter in the following days.
The overall stay was quite comfortable and can be recommended. By the way, the front desk at C Hotel Joy is also very good.

這是我在弗洛倫薩住到的最舒適喜歡的酒店。嚴格來説它是個民宿形式酒店。非常温馨乾淨舒適整潔。每天會打掃房間清潔垃圾桶。每次遊玩回去，如回到家一般，床單被子又會幫整理得整整結結，平平整整。空調涼爽安靜，房間沒有任何異味。大落地窗讓陽光灑落進來，房間乾淨明亮！窗户隔音很好，夜晚睡覺安靜。很高興在公共區域有微波爐，附近十多分鐘處有家樂福超市，真是太讚了，桃子價廉物美。這個價位中房間裏有開水壺，有冰箱，有保險箱，有免費的水，有咖啡☕️和小甜點提供。最喜歡歐洲有陽台的居處，早上沖一杯在陽台上悠閑喝着，看來來往往的路人。位置很好，就在火車站幾分鐘路程處，去往聖母百花大教堂也就十多分鐘步行範圍。唯一一點就是淋浴房洗澡時要注意水不要灑到廁所地板上。因為廁所為了保持設計美觀，沒有裝門。另外想説的是：一定要耐心讀完酒店發的郵件裏的連結並把表格填寫好提交。一步步按要求操作完成後，就可以獲得手機開門界面，然後就可以點電子開鎖順利進户了。前台服務人員熱情幫拿行李帶去住宿處。總之，這裏的住宿給我們在弗洛倫薩忙綠而開心的旅途留下了美好的回憶。

房間非常好！我們網上提交照片不成功，讓我們去了c-joy前台辦理入住，遇到了超級超級好的帥哥前台！幫我們辦理好了一切，還告訴我們如果有事情可以給他們電話，太拉好感了，還非常帥！ 也是一位喜歡路飛的友友，看到我行李箱的貼圖很開心，哈哈哈哈哈 ， 住宿環境很好，房間臨街，但是玻璃特別隔音，就是如果網上入住流程更順暢就完美了！
