We were even able to host new friends we met during our trip, sharing complimentary wine, prosciutto, and Parmesan provided by the hotel. Housekeeping was exceptional—every day we returned to a spotless home, with beds made, dishes washed, and even laundry done and drying on the rack. The service is where This Time Tomorrow truly shines. Eric and Federica went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. When Eric secured us last-minute tickets to the Calcio Storico Fiorentino, a once-in-a-lifetime experience that you won’t find in any guidebook, we decided to extend our stay. Eric made it seamless—he added the extra night with no hassle and even ensured we could remain in our original room. Eric and Federica’s local connections are worth their weight in gold. They personally recommended and booked several outstanding local restaurants that we would’ve never found on our own—places where locals eat, far from the tourist traps. Their use of a shared WhatsApp group made communication effortless; they checked in periodically to see if we needed anything without ever being intrusive. Another highlight was breakfast—rather than a standard hotel buffet, we were given vouchers to two nearby cafés where we enjoyed cappuccinos and pastries alongside Florentine residents. It was another touch that made us feel like we were truly living in the city.
