THe MOST Beautiful, amazing room! Spacious, incredibly decorated and luxurious. We had the Elonora room. The windows looked out at the Duomo and the plaza. Breathtaking views from the room and roof top terrace. Very quiet and private. Wonderful Staff to care for you. On a 23 day trip this was by far my favorite Room, Favotite Staff, and Favorite City. Can't wait to go back. Seriously I can't put into words how amazing this room and place was. Dreams do come true!

We had a natural disaster in the U.S. - Hurricane Beryl. In Houston, we are without power, internet for days and flights are completely disrupted. As a result, I asked to have my reservation moved out about 6 weeks as we literally were unable to travel. The hotel would not answer my emails, nor my phone calls. I finally reached someone, at which point the hotel refused to work with us at all. I have never had this experience with a "luxury" hotel and, as a result, would advise that you be very careful in booking with this hotel. We will be in Florence in August but definitely will not be staying at the Duomo Luxury Florence! Travelers beware....

Simply unforgettable! We stayed in the Anna suite, perfect. The decor is beautiful, the room was recently renovated. The bathroom is very good, everything is very tasteful and thought of every detail to satisfy the guest. Art everywhere, in the beautiful drawings on the walls, and when you open the window, you still have a sensational view of the Duomo. The service provided by the team deserves all the attention. It's special care, attention to everything, we feel really welcomed. Certainly a very special place, which makes you feel like you are in the magic of Florence.
