This place was fantastic, quite, very clean and just about a mile from the city outdoor market. Nicco was great met us upon arrival explained everything to us in great detail and was there to answer any questions. This is not a big hotel chain but a very clean place to come home to after a full day of exploring Florence.

Really enjoyed our one night stay here. Nicco was communicative and despite us arriving late he was there to welcome us to the BnB. The room was immaculately clean, large and comfortable. It was in a great location and similar to prices you would expect for Florence. The air condition remote is not in the room until summer which I thought was a bit odd for the price you pay, so the room was warm at night as we closed the window due to the noise. But still very lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay in. Clean rooms with excellent service provided by the host. Just a message away from questions and helpful advise. The place is nicely setup and quite near to the train station to be a good base to explore the region. Had an excellent stay and will be back when I come to the region again.

B&B pulito e con ogni confort. Posizione centrale. Proprietario disponibile e gentile. Sicuramente consigliato per visitare il centro e per la vicinanza alla stazione di S.M. Novella. L’unico appunto è sulla dimensione del bagno ma probabilmente è un limite specifico della nostra stanza. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato due notti nel periodo di Capodanno e ci siamo trovati benissimo. 10 minuti dalla stazione e una ventina a piedi dal centro, avendo tutto a portata di mano. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera “il silenzio del mattino”, pulitissima e molto spaziosa. Niccoló ci ha dato ottimi consigli per la visita della città e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli il giorno della partenza. Consigliatissimo, rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.
