The room is large, and the ventilation system is good.
The host is very helpful and will tell you how to access to the building step by step by phone call. You can also contact her via WhatsApp. Overall it's good with its location, as it's located in the city center with a walkable distance to restaurants and train station.
However, if you afraid of hot, the room isn't suitable for you as they don't have AC. But two fans are in the room which is also ok for us as it's windy.
It's a shared bathroom apartment, but overall the bathroom is clean because two rooms share one bathroom which is also okay. They will clean the bathroom every morning so overall it's not bad!

Это не отель, а общежитие.
Плюс только местоположение.
Минусы:
1. Цена явно завышена
2. Ужасное заселение в ожидании. Сначала ждёшь, что тебе откроют дверь. Затем муки с этим умным замком. И ничего толком не объясняют. На Вас наплевать
3. Удобства в соседней комнате, и дверь которая закрывает постоянно западала и был риск не выйти оттуда. В ванной вроде как ещё убирались.
4. Из комнаты мусор не выносили вообще.
5. В комнате не было ни холодильника, ни чайника.
Лучше выбрать отель подальше, но с удобствами и будет дешевле. И будет отель, а не общежитие

La verdad no tiene nada que ver con las fotos que muestra y las instalaciones , en ningún momento aclara que el baño es compartido . Podrían poner otro sistema para cuando la gente quiere entrar a la habitacion ! Por el precio que tiene seguro hay muchos más y mejores condiciones
