Excellent prime location ( easy door access with security codes) Spacious studio unit , well air conditioned / large windows for fresh air Well equipped kitchenette for light breakfast or meals Comfortable beds and several armchairs for relaxing in different corners of the unit. Open wardrobe space convenient although a little rundown. Super convenient with 2 separate toilets / basin areas although sliding door was not functioning Enormous bath tub with jacuzzi which was fine for one time use but the other nights were a little complicated to take shower inside huge tub. Overall, very good value for money Luxury designed flat although needs some touch up as it seems decoration was made 10 years ago. Would recommend and stay again at this price.

We were upgraded to the Uffizi suite. The apartment is spacious with a beautiful courtyard to relax at night. The only minor inconvenience is the shower space. There are one bath inside the bedroom and one shower space in the 2nd bathroom. The bath is quite nice with jacuzzi. However the hot water coming out from the faucet to shower takes too long, so we only used the bath for showering once. But the showering space is quite small and the water will overflow to the floor outside of the showering space so it makes the neighbouring floor super wet. The washer and dryer are not private in the apartment but shared among the tenants in the common space on the ground floor in the premise, which is very convenience to use. The overall experience is very nice. Highly recommended.

#1月Good Places 2025 Address: Via Ricasoli, 48, 50123 Firenze FI, Italy Facilities: elevator, washing machine, dryer, double bathroom, kitchen, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, sofa, study room, large massage bathtub Features: Online check-in, on-site introduction and check-in arrangements, public reception room on the first floor, close to the Cathedral of Flowers and the Academy Art Museum Price: 200 euros/night Rating: This is the rental apartment we chose for our first stay in Florence. 200 euros a night is not cheap. When we booked the room, we were a little worried when we saw the mixed reviews. After all, the cost is not low. After we checked in, this worry disappeared. We were full of surprises here, it was very comfortable to stay, and the location was good and the transportation was convenient. Next, I will share my stay experience in sequence. Transportation guide: Walk across the road after coming out of the train station, take bus No. 6 or 14, or you can reach the T2 tram. Get off at Piazza San Marco and walk for four minutes. Online check-in: Initially, the booking website did not mention a dedicated counter but did not mention online check-in. It is recommended that you contact the booking website three days before check-in or contact the apartment agent by email yourself and join the official WhatsAPP. The online registration procedure is actually very simple, just take a photo of your ID and upload it. You will be given a link later to pay the city tax. On the day of check-in, the agent will give you the door password and a dedicated check-in time. If you arrive early, you can open the door first and enter a small room where your luggage is stored in the reception room on the first floor. Just agree on the check-in time and come back. Room facilities: The room is rented in an independent whole-floor unit, so the space is very large. The agent will send someone to introduce the check-in facilities. The elevator is not big and the floors are not high. Most of us choose to take the stairs because the stairs are also very beautiful. The traditional key security door has three locks when it comes to the door, and it takes three turns to fully lock it. Since the door will automatically lock when you put it on, most of the time you can just bring it with you so that it is less troublesome to use the key to open the door. There is a long corridor at the entrance, and there is a bathroom facility on the left side with two washbasins. Go to the end and go to the kitchen on the left and the living room on the right. There is a small space next to the living room that should be a study. Behind the kitchen is the master bedroom. The kitchen is an open flameless induction cooker with a dishwasher underneath. There is a small room opposite the kitchen filled with dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The refrigerator and oven are both under the island. It is very convenient to use. You can go to the nearby supermarket to buy some light food and come back to cook breakfast or midnight snack. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable and the overall decoration style is very classical. Of course, the style can be called retro, but in fact it is old-fashioned luxury decoration. The TV is just average. I personally don’t know how to turn on the TV in this space because it’s not important. It's great to have Bluetooth audio equipment nearby, and the speakers are connected to the master bedroom. Personally, I suggest that if you upgrade your TV to a smart TV, you can play music MVs in conjunction with the original audio equipment. A simple upgrade will be more perfect. The study room is mostly used to store our luggage. The two 30-inch luggage can be fully opened and all the clothes can be taken out and there is still a lot of space. Of course there is a comfortable sofa. The master bedroom is very large, the bed is comfortable and soft, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. There is a super large massage bathtub in it, which takes 10-15 minutes to just fill in the water. You must bring a bath ball when you come here. The bath was very comfortable for the three nights we stayed. It's still very spacious for two adults to run together. There is also a separate toilet space equipped with double basins. The washing machine is in the common area on the first floor, with the washing machine below and the dryer above. Overall: At 200 euros, I personally feel that the entire apartment on the floor is a good value for short-term rental. Although it is an old-fashioned and luxurious decoration, it still has a sense of age. There are even some leaks when using the large bathtub upstairs. But the overall style fits this Renaissance city very well. Turn left at the door and pass the delicious ice cream La Strega Nocciola Gelateria Artigianale - Firenze Duomo. When you go out, you will see the Cathedral of Flowers. In fact, you can see the Cathedral of Flowers at the end of the alley just as you go out. Turn right and you will find the Gakuen Art Museum, which is very close and right next door. In the past, in addition to being convenient for taking a ride, St. Mark's Square also had some attractions to explore next to it. If you want to go to the Central Market, it is recommended to turn right at the entrance and turn left at the intersection in front of the Academy Museum of Fine Arts and go straight to Mamabar and then turn left. It is about eight minutes away. Entering from the north gate of the market can perfectly avoid the crowds of Baihua Cathedral and the sales of leather goods street.

This apartment hotel has better privacy, a large jacuzzi, and simple kitchen supplies. It feels safer than the hotel in Florence.

1. The apartment is in a great location. The Academy Gallery is 100 meters downstairs, and it takes five minutes to walk to Santa Maria del Fiore. It is very convenient to eat around, there are local Italian restaurants, Chinese restaurants, and Chinese supermarkets. The only way to go back and forth to the train station is to take a taxi if you have large luggage or a lot of luggage. Although it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train station, the roads in Florence are really not suitable for dragging luggage. 2. The room is very spacious, with an integrated kitchen and living room. We are a family of three, and we booked an 84-square-meter apartment with two rooms, two bathrooms and a super large jacuzzi. It is recommended to buy bubble bath salts from Lush, which is very refreshing. However, the room is a bit old, so it is not as bright as in the picture. It is actually more old, so don't have too high expectations. 3. The kitchen is equipped with an electronic stove, pots, dishwasher, and a small refrigerator. You can make some simple meals by yourself. But if you cook food with oil smoke or strong smell, it is best to open the window for ventilation, otherwise it will trigger the smoke alarm. We just made a Haidilao self-heating pot and it triggered the alarm. And there is no way to close it manually, you can only open the window and wait for the smell to dissipate before the alarm stops. 4. The butler service is very considerate, and they will carefully introduce and explain when you check in. A bottle of good red wine and rusks will be given. My friend's courier from Spain had a problem this time, and the butler also helped to contact the courier company to find a solution. By the way, the efficiency of European courier is too low, if you can, try not to use it. There is no free drinking water in the room, you need to buy it at the supermarket yourself. Also, you need to use whatspp to contact the butler, otherwise international long-distance calls are too expensive. 5. The overall hygiene is good, but if you don't ask, they will not take the initiative to clean the room. 6. There is another shortcoming. Although there is a washing machine and dryer on the first floor, we stayed for six nights. It was broken from the first day and it was not repaired until check-out. Overall, this apartment is much larger than the hotel, suitable for families and long stays. And I found that there was a lower price than when I booked it, and Ctrip refunded the difference.
