Advertisement said refurbished. Very worn & dated. The room smelled very musty. Breakfast buffet was very limited. Snack pack of mandarin oranges, small yogurt & bread for toast.

Great Value and Wonderful Staff
Food options were great with lots of places near by and breakfast provided at the hotel was perfect! Bed comfort was fantastic, my husband is very tall and he slept great. Internet access was very fast and didn't blink out or anything.

Everything was great except the service was ok . They never gave us fresh wash cloths but other than that it was great

Convenient hotel
The hotel grounds were clean. There was plenty of parking. The walls of the hotel were thin as we could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The bathroom vent fan was covered in dust. We did not try the hotel breakfast.

Great place to recharge!
The room, bed, and bathroom were all top notch. The only negative was my son snoring.

The breakfast bar was not stocked. We had to ask for plates and the spoons we found ourselves. The biscuits and sausage we had to wait for.

Checking in the employee English was so poor that I had to ask him twice on every question except once were I didn't understand at all so I guess by waving my credit card. Must have been the right choice.
My room was in between three family's, with young children, rooms. Kids running up and down the hall, the loud talking adults talking in hall and lobby, witch my room was close to. Baby in room next to me beat on the wall until 1:48am. Thats when the parents stop it when they were ready for bed. I was so mad that I couldn't sleep. I left at 4:30am long before I had plan to. I will never stay here again.

Great room at great price
As far as best westerners around the Jackson area it is by far the nicest, safest, quietest. Family stay had no problems at all and great rate through hotels.con

Fairly new hotel and the only one in the Florence area, but its clean, well staffed and easy to get to from the highway or airport (just look for the 3 huge crosses from the restaurant next door!) Super quiet at night, comfortable beds and overall a relaxing environment. Recommended for the weary traveler.
