T3 Hotel Mira Val

房間乾淨，前台的姐姐非常熱情，環境優美，距離公交車站和靠碼湖也很近！ 早餐有麪包火腿水果，簡單但是味道不錯

We stayed at the Hotel T3 Mira Val for a short break with our dog after Carnival in Flims. The welcome was rather cold and not very customer-friendly. For example, they forgot to inform us that you have to take your room key from the key rack at reception by hand (.....), and that you shouldn't ring the bell. This was reproachfully told to me when I had the nerve to ring for the key (.....). So, take the key you want, or yours; there is no checking or supervision. The food is always cool or even cold. The quality of the food is average. The price is very high for the standard offered. There is no common room that would deserve the title. The room is sufficiently large and the balcony is nice. The cleaning ranges from adequate to inadequate, as you can immediately see from the dust bunnies upon closer inspection. The TV cannot be plugged into the socket because the 230VAC cable is too short (.....). The sauna is just okay; it's not exactly nice or pleasant. That's why there are no photos of the sauna facilities online. The plumbing here in the basement (.....), in the sauna, such as the pipes and the mold growth on windowsills, for example, have not been commented on. All in all, I was glad to leave; it wasn't worth changing hotels for just three nights.

Hotel classico da paese di montagna con vista su Flims. La camera da letto ha un soppalco che i bimbi adorano perché sembra proprio un nascondiglio. Colazione abbondante. Personale cortese, multilingue e giovane. Parcheggio disponibile sia all’esterno sia coperto a pagamento.

Superbe accueil par Francesco. L’hôtel est très calme, avec vu sur la station. Peu de place de parking! La chambre est bien équipée, avec bouteille d’eau d’accueil et chocolat! Il faut penser à réserver le dîner sinon pas possible. Petit déjeuner copieux avec du choix. Je recommande
