The hotel was not what i expected from a 5 star. I believe that they are going to do renovations this year. I had half board and wanted to upgrade to all inclusive but they don’t offer all inclusive had I known this before, I wouldn’t have book at this hotel. So full board was and extra Rs8000 and you could only have 2 glasses of wine or two beers included. I can’t understand how the hotel can’t see that this encourages guests to purchase alcohol outside of the hotel. Anyways the bar staff were exceptional in making you feel welcome and really spoilt my daughter for her birthday. One in particular named Sahil. This guy is truly a diamond in the rough. Our time at the hotel was rainy weather but we still enjoyed it with people like Sahil around. Thank you!

The hotel has a good environment and facilities, but the service details need to be improved. There is a hot water bottle, but there is a lot of scale inside. I don't dare to use it. I usually care about drinking water. There is a water quality test pen for Xiaomi. The hotel has about 200 impurities in tap water and 150 bottles of water. If you care about bringing a kettle. Breakfast and dinner are good, but the dinner men have to wear long pants, the first time I don’t know, hehe.

Pros - Overall was good and very comfortable. F&B service was magnificent and very accommodating. It was never too troublesome to provide special service to a solo traveller. Cons - My last night was a scare due to a disturbance at my door around midnight. Although I was assured that it was a mistaken of room numbers by other hotel guests, I was still very disturbed to fall back to sleep. Which resulted my decision to not extend another night stay. Really a pity.

The hotel has a few flaws, but if you do not pay attention to them, the rest will be fine. The location is super, everything is nearby. Sea across the road, bus stop 50 meters away. Very good for this price. If you want five stars this is not the place.

Had a lovely time at the hotel the staff were very attentive and helpful and nice! 😊 The free boat activities is a must loved the boat ride in the morning, and if you need more vegetarian options just ask the Chef. Also when i arrived there was no water bottle in my room but i could just call and they would bring so thats fine! Loved walking all along the beach and seeing how nice the water gets as you walk further down.

It's close to Dolphin Bay. Considering the time of rest, I took a night here. The water in the bathroom is not very good. There is no shower curtain in the shower. The water leaks out, and then there is no water outside. The room is flooded ... Then there is the faucet, which is a bit malfunctioning ... There is also a common problem of the hotel west of the hairball, ants are raging, and there are many heartfelt. On the chair, the cup, the table, but fortunately, there is no food in the bed, they do not go to bed The waiter was very nice. Mauritius is really a beautiful country that can make you feel free. Choose this hotel for thousands of choices. Environment: very good Hygiene: Not bad Service: It’s really a mess. I can’t understand English. I can’t understand dinner. My husband doesn’t let me eat because he doesn’t bring long pants. It’s understandable that the clothes are not neat. Because basically the French call the room to order food, they can’t take out. In general, I am happy to travel. Remember to bring poor pants and suits.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the charming Valerie 😀 and showed us to our apartment. Spacious and clean rooms, the apartments have everything you need for your stay, each room has air conditioning. Our morning started with breakfast on the terrace accompanied by birdsong overlooking the pool and garden 🤩. The pool is clean, surrounded by greenery and equipped with secluded relaxation areas. Walking distance to Flic-en-Flac beach is 20 minutes, by car 3 minutes. There are no shops or cafes within walking distance of Villasan; For a comfortable stay, use a rented car. Villasun Hotel has on-site parking and friendly security. I would definitely recommend these apartments, our holiday was wonderful. We will definitely come back here ;)
