The hotel was not what i expected from a 5 star. I believe that they are going to do renovations this year. I had half board and wanted to upgrade to all inclusive but they don’t offer all inclusive had I known this before, I wouldn’t have book at this hotel. So full board was and extra Rs8000 and you could only have 2 glasses of wine or two beers included. I can’t understand how the hotel can’t see that this encourages guests to purchase alcohol outside of the hotel. Anyways the bar staff were exceptional in making you feel welcome and really spoilt my daughter for her birthday. One in particular named Sahil. This guy is truly a diamond in the rough. Our time at the hotel was rainy weather but we still enjoyed it with people like Sahil around. Thank you!

Well , what more can I say about this hotel 🤦🏽♂️, poor infrastructure, service was poor from the Resturant to the bars and room service! The only beauty is at night

This is the room that costs over 2000 per night. It is unbelievably bad. Don't come to Hilton. It is old and bad, but this room is from a hotel in our country. Don't stay in a Hilton room that costs over 2000 per night. It is too bad. I can't stand it. They also said this is called a king room. I am afraid they have some misunderstanding about the word king.

The hotel service consciousness is not strong. A bunch of birds come back to eat your breakfast, flies and so on. No toothbrush is provided. You need to ask for it. The water is also recycled bottled water. Many Indian waiters will not respond to you when you ask them to take orders. Then ask the local waiter to come and take orders.
