On the other side of the road you can reach the Volkspark, a forest area with several playgrounds, dog walks and walking paths. Within walking distance you will find all major shopping facilities, as well as a pharmacy and bank. Also, the marina "Marina Sonwik" is just a few minutes walk away. The beach in Solitüde can be reached by car in a few minutes. The old town of Flensburg with its alleys and courtyards are only 3km away. The nearest bus stop is 300m away. From here buses go in and out of town. Your four-legged friend is also welcome in our house. The bedroom of the apartment is equipped with a large bed (1.80m). The living room has a sofa bed, which can be converted into a full sleeping with a cold foam mattress. Of course, the apartment is equipped with TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. From the living room is a covered terrace with barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker and fridge-freezer combination.
