We stopped at the hotel's restaurant to have lunch on a quiet Sunday, it was nearly empty. The service was too slow, although the food was great. The waitress took almost one hour to inform us that one of the dishes we order as start was unavailable. And the main dish took almost 2 hours to be served.

O hotel é muito lindo, com uma decoração diferente, aconchegante. O quarto é espaçoso, com cama boa, chuveiro bom, e amenities de qualidade. O restaurante é na beira da praia e tem toda uma estrutura de espreguiçadeiras. O café da manhã é neste mesmo ambiente. A comida é muito boa e o atendimento também! Recomendo. O hotel fica no centro de Flecheiras é bem em frente as piscinas naturais.

Lugar maravilhoso! Surreal! O quarto 10 e lindo completo não da vontade de sair do hotel. Tem um sacada linda com piscina privativa e vista para o Mar. E um local limpo, equipe muito solicita, tudo maravilhoso! Café da manhã e restaurante em frente ao mar e um diferencial. Tudo que pedimos fomos bem atendidos e rápido! Informação, itens no quarto. Tive uma das piores experiências no restaurante do Dayo Hotel. O atendimento foi extremamente ruim, com total falta de organização e consideração com o cliente. Estava com toda a minha família, celebrando o aniversário da minha tia, um momento que deveria ter sido especial — e que foi completamente arruinado. Esperei por 1 hora e 30 minutos, até que, de forma absurda, informaram que meu pedido não seria entregue. Nenhuma solução, nenhuma justificativa decente, nenhum pedido de desculpas digno. Apenas descaso. Todos saíram insatisfeitos, frustrados e decepcionados com o tratamento recebido. Alguns pedidos entregues com muito atraso, outros, não entregues. Para um hotel que se vende como referência em hospitalidade, foi uma experiência lamentável. Claramente falta preparo, respeito e zelo com o cliente. Não recomendo.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, profissionais atenciosos e prestativos. Ótima localização e Wi-Fi excelente. Entretanto, dois aspectos foram negativos, tinha mosquitos e o café da manhã era muito fraco, poucas opções e deixava a desejar.

No sábado à noite fazem um show na praia, que disseram que terminaria às 23h, mas não terminava nunca!! Um som altíssimo, e nosso quarto era simplesmente em frente à praia, um inferno, desesperador, pra quem quer descanso, definitivamente não se hóspede nesse hotel!

Ficamos em uma suite com piscina privativa! Bem amplo, confortável! O café da manhã é no restaurante do hotel que fica atravessando a rua, com pé na areia! Muito agradável!
