Hampton Inn Kalispell

Kalispell|2.77km from Lone Pine State Park
I have been coming to the Hampton Inn in Kalispell since April 2022 with 2-3 visits per month. My initial visits were very positive after staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Kalispell which was a bad experience. My last two visits at the Hampton Inn have not gone well with a room that had not been properly cleaned with no response from management to the email that I sent about that issue. Today, I asked for a late check out, which I have been given at this hotel in the past with no issues, to be told that I can only stay an hour later. When I spoke to the front desk clerk David he first told me late check out was based on availability (per Hilton guidelines) then he told me it was based on staffing, and everything had to be cleaned by 3PM. With the ever changing storyline, I got frustrated and stop talking. David explained to me he was a 17 year employee of Hilton that he has not seen late checkout past 1PM at any of the hotels he worked at for Hilton. I have difficulty believing this statement after 20 years staying at Hilton with late checkout, 2-3PM, many times. What David didn’t address were the available unused rooms from the previous night, the hourly clean rate to add to available rooms this AM, the number of reservations for the current day before negating a later checkout. He also missed that he was talking a person that spent four years managing a hotel, who now has 20+ years as Hilton Honors member, and travels 230 nights a year for work so I get to know the ins and outs of hotel life. My frustration with the last two stays will push my business to another location and probably another chain. The hotel is nice but the service, cleaning and front desk clerks, is lacking.

Great staff. Conveniently located next to the ER. Broke my ankle on a backpacking trip and stayed here for 4 nights until my friends arrived. Staff, especially Ryan and Shawn were super helpful, accommodating, and understanding. Thank you!

I loved this little hotel middle in the city. I saw a lot of comments around before i booked that this hotel isn't be the best but i experienced it by myself and was amazed. I got a little room with balcony which was sadly not clean. I went to the office and got a new amazing room without problems in just some minutes. I was extend mx staying more then once and this always without problems. If you need anything everyone is open to help you there and always available. I forgot my card inside and no problems to get a new one, my problems with losing power in the room was handled fast at the main break. I felt like home from the start. Anytime again and i will. See ya soon❤

I recently stayed on the first floor of the Redlion inn & suites in Kalispell MT this past month during a business trip. The hotel was very well managed and was exceptionally well kept. The staff was welcoming and friendly to both myself and my family.
