The Valley Hotel & Carriage Gardens

This was our third stay here. We arrived around four & went to our room a suite? Which was a room with a large bed and mood lighting with a bath & shower. The room was very warm & we had to open the window to cool down The pillows where very hard too which led to a disturbed nights sleep due to the noise. We went out for the day on the second day & returned for our dinner in the hotel restaurant. For our Anniversary. This was where it all went wrong. I ordered a gluten free chicken burger which was totally raw. So sent it back. The manager spoke to me about ten minutes later and apoligised about the buger which was rank!! We where given a £30 food voucher upon arrival with our stay which we didnt use as the meal was then not charged for. We asked on check out could we use the voucher & the receptionist said it was for food but took it off our bill anyway. We thought that a good will gesture other than the meal i did not recieve would have been made by the manager but it wasn't. So we will never return to this hotel again and we are very dissapointed in the service we received.

Great location! If your passing though Fivemiletown definitely call in for lunch! Kids were happy with the variety of food to choose from Adults happy with great choice and great prices! Brilliant restaurant, chilled out atmosphere, lovely food and excellent service would go back any day 🙌🙌 Highly recommend the crispy chicken was absolutely delicious 😋

I can't believe the price of this hotel in comparison with the quality of the hotel and service we received. It's a Beautiful hotel with the friendliest and most professional staff. Food was 5 star. Breakfast was unbelievable. Proper coffee in your room a big bonus. I can't wait to stay again.

I needed a venue central to Augher & fivemiletown This was a GEM walked in & the lovley receptionist Lisa had the log burner lit & tea/coffee& biscuits all ready Totally spoilt didnt want to leave Fabulous hosts very accomodating staff too Thanks so much Lisa

My wife & stayed here for the weekend. We wish to thank all the staff for making our stay a truly memorable one. Our room was a delight, could not fault it at all. We dined in the Loco Bar & Grill, food & drink was delicious and so relaxing. Breakfast again so tasty and staff very helpful. A fantastic stay here so much so that we are planning a longer stay here in the New Year. Thank you so much.

From the moment we entered hotel the staff were amazing. We were having a 40th birthday party for my daughter… fabulous food, surroundings and staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Rooms were spotless & breakfast very enjoyable. They gave us an experience to remember forever.
