The hygiene, breakfast and service are great! The key is that their family is very warm and friendly! The male host has a noble character. I forgot to take my bag when I got off the car at the airport. He checked the car before driving back and found the bag and gave it to me! I was shocked! The bag was brought to Italy by my classmate. Although it is an old bag that is 90% new, I would be very sad to pay for it! It is an Hermès bag. I really don’t know the specific price. It is probably not cheap! So I am very grateful! Quality, cleanliness and availability beyond my expectations, despite having booked only one day in advance we were welcomed as regular customers, the reception was perfect in organizing and managing our check-in early. Beautiful and spotless room, friendly staff , professional and caring. I have stayed in many hotels and I can confidently state that those who carry out their profession in this facility do so with passion and dedication to the customer, because knowing how to "welcome" is an art and here you will find true artists. The only regret is for having stayed only one night, I hope to soon remedy this by returning soon.
