Hotels Near Cargo City in Fiumicino

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. It is pretty good for a hotel near the airport. This time, the hotel gym was closed for maintenance. Attached is the hotel's airport bus schedule. You must book a seat from the hotel to the airport when you check in. The 7am bus is very full. If you don't book it, the taxi is 25 euros to the airport.

Small humble hotel that works hard to create a nice stay while waiting for an early morning flight. Very close to assorted restaurants, stores and other amenities. 3 star hotel but is worth the stay. Our room had A/C, nice TV, Internet and decent bath. Bring a converter to make sure you have electric when you need it.

I highly recommend this one, because I need to transfer at Rome Airport to find this one at random. This outside looks not stylish, the room decoration is not bad, after all, it is the decoration style 10 years ago, the health is good, but the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, you need to know the supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, shuttle bus are explained more clearly. Breakfast is a local regular breakfast, milk, coffee, juice, various breads, leaf cereal, eggs, sliced sausage, meat slices, etc. are not suitable for Chinese people, barely filling their stomachs. For the shuttle time, see the picture. It needs to be explained how to take the shuttle bus to the airport for the first time. Exit 4 of Terminal T3, cross the road on the sidewalk (not on the slope, you can wait on the bus platform on the slope, it is safe there), the car is waiting at the first parking space on the side of the road. I didn't see the car that I could wait there. See the picture for the license plate business card. Get on the bus and tell the driver of the hotel you are going to. The fare is 8.5€ and settles with the hotel. I spent 35€ on the first time I went to take a taxi, and I don't know why it was so expensive. Later, I came to the airport to take the shuttle bus for nucleic acid, which was affordable. Regarding eating, go out and turn left and walk forward two intersections about 200 meters to see a Chinese restaurant, the proprietress is very enthusiastic, every meal will go to the zero, you can pay WeChat RMB, I stayed for 6 days basically there to solve, Chinese restaurant right turn 50 meters ahead there is a supermarket that can also be scaled. The road in front of the hotel is separated by two paths. There are many Italian restaurants on the side. It is quite convenient here. My colleague stayed at the airport Hilton Hotel for 1400 a night. There was nothing to eat next to it. Eat and drink were all solved by the hotel.

We've stayed at Domus Lina several times. It's a fantastic value and located in a great part of the town of Fiumicino. It's a boutique hotel that has many personal touches. I recommend one of the larger rooms with the balcony. Check in is at 2pm. Once you have your room key, you're also given a front door code to use when the manager is not there. If you're around in the morning (many folks have an early departure at the airport), the breakfast on offer is fantastic. And just across the street is a wonderful fish restaurant to have dinner or lunch at.

Posto facile da raggiungere. Locali moderni, accoglienti, semplici e ben organizzati. Camere ampie, luminose e ordinate. Bagno attrezzato e pulito. Il proprietario SUPER: educato, gentile, attendo e sempre disponibile, anche negli orari della colazione, servita con un po' di tutto, ci ha consigliato trasporti e metodi per raggiungere Roma e vistare il più possibile in una giornata, ci ha fornito anche consigli e piccole accortezze utili da tenere in giro. We didn’t stay at the hotel, we had an AirBnb nearby and this was around the corner from us so we used the restaurant a couple of times. The food was fantastic! Some of the best pizza and bruschetta we had during our time in Italy. However, the service really really let it down. The first time we visited, we arrived around 10pm due to our flight’s late arrival, but we were still able to get drinks and food. Service was slow, but we appreciated that it was busy and we weren’t in any rush, but it did take a good 30+ minutes to get the bill when we were done. The food was good enough that we wanted to return a second time. The second time, we arrived and were told by a man behind the bar to go and sit down and someone would be over, so we sat by the pool. After 30/40 minutes, no one had come to us so I went to the bar to order, where I was met with “oh you can’t sit outside, we are fully booked”, even though I told her we were instructed to sit down with no reservation (the restaurant was also very quiet with many empty tables). We placed our order for two pizzas to take away instead, and stood waiting at the bar for it. When the pizza came, only one arrived, and when I asked about the second pizza they realised it hadn’t actually been ordered, so we had to wait an extra 10 minutes for it to be made. They did say we could have it on the house, but at this point I just wanted to leave 😅 We walked back to our accommodation carrying our pizza in boxes and ate it at home, and while it was still delicious I couldn’t get over how rude the staff had been to us, all because we were not guests of the hotel. All in all, the food was great, service was slow, and the staff seemed bored and irritable, as if it was an inconvenience to serve their own customers.

Quality, cleanliness and availability beyond my expectations, although we booked with only one day in advance we were welcomed as usual customers, the reception was perfect in organizing and managing our Check-in in advance. This is a beautiful and clean room, a friendly, professional and careful staff. I have stayed in many hotels and I can assure you that whoever carries out his profession in this facility does it with passion and dedication to the client, because knowing “host” is an art and you find here real artists. The only regret is that I have stayed one night, and I hope that I will soon remedy it and return to us soon.

I chose to stay at Suite Room Fiumicino for its location close to the airport, the free private parking, and the reasonable price that includes breakfast. My room was small but had all the amenities I required, the breakfast was exactly what I was looking for and the staff was friendly. The place has a homey atmosphere and a beautiful garden. This is a place I would choose to stay again.

We originally booked this for two nights in October on a room only basis through Agoda , but after our friends flew home , we decided we liked it so much that we would stay on for another two nights instead of going elsewhere in Italy.Breakfast was included this time at a very reasonable rate. Our rooms on the ground floor were of a good size with comfortable beds . Our laundry was done and we discovered a new aperitif called Aperol Spritz. We loved the friendly helpful staff. The gardens are lovely and it felt like home. If we were flying from Fiumicino again we would definitely stay here for a few days.
