I stayed three nights in this b&b. The owner is very kind and available to give information, clean and comfortable rooms. The beach is not far away, not equipped but beautiful and quiet. The center of San Leone is about half an hour walk but the bus service works well. Excellent location to reach the valley of the temples.

This BB is simple, it requires a car to get around but you can park on the street. The room is comfortable, spotless and good bedding. Alfredo welcomes you warmly, serves you breakfast with great fresh croissants, chats with us. We had a good stay. I recommend! Thank you Alfredo!!

It would make a better impression if they changed the name to just Bed Le dune and avoid everything they say! No parking, no sea nearby, no privacy, no tranquility Breakfast where the owner acts as your alarm clock, where the kitchen is a sort of kitchen, bathroom (hair dryer and hairbrushes present) lost objects of various customers, dirty! A hidden camera under the TV... perhaps to monitor you. No welcome attention... not even water (not even for children) only for a fee! While you are having breakfast he stands there watching and talking (I don't want to socialize when I wake up) but you are not free... If you want to have a barracks-like experience I recommend it... but if you want to go on vacation AVOID!!!

I had chosen this property carefully, I had only read the reviews on booking, the platform where I then booked, if I had read the reviews on tripadvisor I would never have booked, it all started badly because I had booked for the whole family since there are 4 of us, on the reservation I had a nice large room, equipped with air conditioning since we suffer from the heat, and in addition the announcement said small kitchenette shared with the other guests.... there was a microwave, a toaster, a sandwich maker and a coffee machine where you had to pay 0.50 cents for each pod... let's forget it, but there was not even a shadow of a kitchenette, having a 15 month old baby I needed it, we had to buy a small stove, terrible breakfast, the host used the worst milk in the world, luckily I had a bag of Granarolo. Arrived at the property that you can't see well in the photo because the villa is posted before the building where the b&b is located, obviously much nicer and misleading, the host says that my reservation is for 2 and not for 4, there is a room and there is a cot and he makes me pay €20 more, I don't say anything and I see the evolution of the days, first nightmare night the air conditioning doesn't work we fell asleep at 4 in the morning and so every night we complained but nothing, the mattresses were very uncomfortable, 2 thin mattresses joined, places to put things or hangers little or nothing, it was a terrible experience, I strongly advise against it, we didn't want anything in particular but at least being able to sleep cool on vacation is essential, I strongly advise against it. I forgot one fundamental thing when we left the host communicated to booking that we didn't show up at the property perhaps because he was afraid of a bad review, well...
