My family and I absolutely adored Fuedogrande, and wish we were able to stay for longer! It was centered in the middle of a beautiful orange and lemon orchard that was secluded and comforting. We were given a complimentary breakfast spread each morning that was so fresh and filling. The hosts Giuseppe and Pasquale were so tentative and service oriented making sure each guest had what they needed and were comfortable. Our next trip to Italy will most definitely include staying here again, and we would recommend to anyone staying near the Catania/Taormina area!!!

The location is very good. It is close to Naxos and Taormina, but it is very peaceful and the views are amazing. We had a huge terrace overlooking the citrus grove, Etna on one side and the sea on the other. Giuseppe is a great host taking good care ofthe guests. The room was huge and cleaned daily. The bathroom was spacious and clean, too. I can definitely recommend this place.

Our stay at feudogrande was a very good one.the room was comfortable and very clean.breakfast was very good too.the views were incredible espescially in the morning with mount etna exactly in front of us.the surrounding gardens are very well kept and very peacefull.the only thing that I didn t like was that you can t dine there at the hotel. But overall i recommend this place if you are looking for a bed and breakfast.you will not be disappointed for sure.

Rude, unprofessional service from the host. Not recommended. There was no running water for 14 hours and the accommodation violently refused any compensation. Thiefs.

This place is hidden away in the little town of Fiumefreddo and is a gem. We only spent three nights here with a large group of friends but it was great. Breakfast was terrific, rooms were spotless and cosy and we were lucky with the weather in November. The house is surrounded by lavish grounds with cider and other trees and unobstructed views of the Etna. Highly recommended.

Just come back from 4 nights stay. Excellent host Giuseppe looked after our needs and served a lovely breakfast with citrus jams from the farm. His recommendations for lunch and dinner went down well. Very comfortable bed and amazing views to Etna. It was quiet with wonderful scents from the oranges and lemons

The hosts are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was always great and extensive. Many fresh and biological products are used. The location is well maintained and is very nicely situated on a lemon plantation quite centrally on the east coast which makes it a perfect base for day trips. From the roof terrace there was a fantastic view of the Etna volcano. Although a car is recommended, Fiumefreddo has a train station from where you can travel around the entire island. Visits to larger places such as Catania are nice to do by train. Because we were there in the winter and it was low season we were the only guests and it was very quiet. The beds are fitted with a kind of plastic mattress cover which makes it warm and sweaty. Furthermore everything else was actually super fine.

Everything was perfect! We loved this accomodation. It was quiet, beautiful and great view to Etna. The garden was very trophical. The host was very kind, and we got perfect breakfast. The orange juice was from the garden, because they grow fruits.
